Gemini Cafe Wellington

Wow! This place is fantastic. It has not only the best food in Wellington but also the most friendly staff. I went there two weekends in a row and the staff all recognized me. It is packed every weekend, so prepare for a 30 minute wait for a table (it's 100% worth it)

Absolutely amazing service, the food was absolutely delish so beautiful, Atmosphere was absolutely amazing, could have stayed all afternoon.

Have been twice and enjoy the food, always presented so nicely ️ staff are friendly.

However on the last visit I was bit concerned It looked like a couple of the staff members were arguing over something as the guy behind the counter looked angry and stomped his foot towards another worker.my friends saw it to so we were hoping it was a joke!

Food, drinks and service are all A1! Tushar took care of us, super friendly, did such a good job, amazing smile and tan after us when we forgot our takeaway box. 10/10 reccomend:)

We have our regular team coffee at Gemini. We love the iced teddy bear coffee. Just so cute!

Awesome customer service from the moment we walked in we were greeted with welcome! We were offered two seats, and promptly offered a glass of water each plus the menu. We both ordered the milkshakes and cheese burger absolutely delicious - would definitely come again. Highly recommended:)

I had the cheese burger and the shakes, caramel. Good Customer service and the stuff were very friendly and welcoming. There are so many options for drinks and brunch. Overall it was great. Recommend:)

Went in for brunch this morning and had a great experience. Thank you for accommodating us with no booking! Dan was lovely - iced coffee was perfect, loved that we could choose the strength by adding our own shot. Definitely will visit again! Croffles, who’da thought it? !

Service was amazing, both the waiters were very kind and professional.
Wasn’t the biggest fan on the interior, very dark inside with plastic flowers. There’s also no cabinet food and the menu is very rich, lots of fried things are around the $23 mark.
Coffees did look beautiful though!

Very disappointing… the croffle was very dry and burned and on the mushy mushy toast we had one mini slice of halloumi while the toast was 5cm… the stuff was friendly but we cannot recommend the place

I’ve been to Gemini a few times before but every time I visit their menu is completely changed. I can say that this visit was my best experience with their food. Both the salmon croffle and chicken croffle were great and reasonably priced. It was a little different to croffles I’ve tried in the past which are a little more flat with the toppings on top, the Gemini croffle has all the toppings on the side and the croffle itself is somehow still quite rounded. Still good though.

We sat outside on the veranda which was really nice, the staff who served us were so kind and sweet. I ordered the french toast for breakfast and it was amazing! I would suggest maybe taking the skin off the oranges though so its a bit easier to eat:) The bear coffee's we had were so adorable and came with a shot to add in so you could really customize the drink on how strong you wanted it. Would definitely visit again:)

Went to Gemini Cafe for a nice little birthday lunch. The atmosphere is so lovely and it is beautifully decorated inside. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. And of course the food was so beautiful and delicious! I would definitely recommend! 10/10

Really good food and coffee. Service was faster than I'd expect given the quality and presentation of the food. It wasn't too crowded so each time I've been there has been a table.

One or our favourite brunch places in Welly. Delicious and beautiful food, at a reasonable price. We especially love the crab croissant and french toast churros, but every other thing we ordered was pretty good!

Fabulous breakfast with a 5 star omelette and outstanding, friendly, welcoming service. Recommend booking a table.

I saw this place on tik tok and booked a reservation as soon as I saw it My grandparents and I visited Gemini café early October while up on holiday in Wellington. The staff were very friendly and have great recommendations. The overall vibe of the café is beautiful and the food was great as well. A lot of care and effort went into our meals and we had a very lovely brunch. I got the French toast and it came in cubes which was a new and very yummy experience. Please give my thanks to the staff and chefs as it was the highlight of our trip xx

Ordered an iced matcha latte but they gave us a hot one. Thought they would fix the order but only gave us ice cubes for them?

This place is an absolute gem! Service was excellent as well as the food. The menu had a lot of good options and I love how my drink came with a coffee bear, so cute!

Good food and fast service. Large portion but the main feature of the dish (e.g. Crab for the crab dish, mushrooms for the mushroom dish) seems to be a little bit smaller then I would have liked.
