Horrible experience rude staff dirty dishes and the food is like it's sat at room temp for 2 weeks. Do not come here

Terrible till staff, she missed off something on my partners order and then a separate transaction forget to give me my food. No apology or anything. It wasn’t even busy. I asked for a refund for the food I never received, the food didn’t even look that good and it was expensive.

Had matcha latte from here. Wasn't properly stirred in. Disgusting taste at the bottom. Staff were surely when pointed out. No refund or remake of drink offered.

Although the staff is lovely (I give 5 for customer service) the food is unfortunately very underwhelming at present. Quality has definitely decreased and there's a lot of space for improvement, giving the benefit of the doubt as understand times are tough but I hope there's some improvement in the future.

Staff didn't get the order right and it's expensive, tried to get their attention and was ignored, iced mocha and chocolate was watery and ice cream looked over frozen made the drink look curdled. Chocolate cupcake was stale ordered an eggs Benedict, hard bacon but at least eggs and bread was cooked nicely and over all just bad experience.

Staff were nice and service was fast. The food, however, can be best described as underwhelming. Also, a decent iced chocolate is not just chocolate milk poured over ice cu es with some whipped cream on top.

Horrible food, service below average. Cleanliness below average. Toast looked like someone had sat on it, so hard, flat and crusty and not fresh at all. Ordered poached eggs, not nice at all. Sauce bottle had crusts and sticky yo touch. All it needed was a wash. Not coming back.: (

Poor quality for scrambled egg that they served us. Also baby high chair was so dirty, took three wipes to clean it, waiter took wipes with hands and not sure if he washed his hands after

Was excited to try matcha almond milk latte like we have in Hamilton but was an odd sweetness syrup on the top. When I asked what it was the lady just said it's the matcha powder.
I'm allergic to corn, dairy, gluten and egg as I mentioned to the lady and now having an allergic reaction. So clearly lied to

Plenty of room for groups. Good playground. Close to toilets. Coffees ok. Tea usually cold. Could do with a few new items in the cabinet.

Ordered a large caramel macchiato takeaway
When I got given my coffee it felt empty, to which my surprise i open the cup to only find it half full.
I went back to the counter to explain there wasnt much in it which the owner said that is a "large"
Cause it uses more coffee?
Im not a coffee expert but if I'm paying for a "large" I expect it to be filled upto the top.
She just looked an me and just poured more milk into my cup to make it full.

I had a potato top savoury which was delicious and a lovely fresh club sandwich the coffee was really really hot which I guess some people like but I prefer mine drinkable.

Hot Chocolate and Chai Latte was good. Do try the spinach and feta filo pastry. (Sorry no photos food was too good - next time)
