Excellent all rounder. Layne was referred to me by another agent form out of town. The first conversation we had by phone we clicked, and Layne was the agent for us. We have found Layne to be very personable which helped ease our fears in the process of selling as it was my mother's house. Layne guided us in what we had to do to make the house ready for sale.
