The best Asian restaurant I have ever been to! The food is delicious, prepared with the utmost care. The portions are large.
The service is very nice.
It's usually crowded here, so it's worth coming as soon as it opens or booking a table in advance.

There are various menus and also they can make it vegan on request. And they come with big portions.

If you like spicy food you must try to order thai spicy levels, they really nailed it. Usually it's really hard for me to find spicy food in Wellington that is "really" spicy, and this is the only place that I found to serve real South East Asian spicy levels. I will definitely come back.

Best we have found in the Wellington region. Beautiful fresh dishes with plenty of flavour. Very friendly young lady front of house. We even travel down from Kapiti Coast to enjoy it. Wish they would relocate to Pram Beach, definitely be best on the coast.

Always amazing. The chicken satay skewers, fresh spring rolls and matsaman chicken curry were all delicious, thanks!

We have been going to K Sing for years - it is a family favourite of ours for a long time. We enjoy the good service, hot food, great meal portions and amazing flavour. However recently have noticed a drop in the overall experience, with a couple of times the food being cold or small portions. Hoping to see K Sing return to its excellent standards soon.

Despite the above, never lost my love for K Sing food and delighted to say that their service and quality of food has been improved immensely. Highly recommend!

We almost always go to KSing when we visit Petone from Waikanae.
The food is nutritious, tasty and generous and the staff are very pleasant.
Don't miss this place!

One of my most favourite places to eat, food is authentic and incredibly delicious. A Definite must try if you love Thai, Laos cuisine

As someone who orders regular takeout across all cusines and restaurants and shops due to the nature of my job, I have nothing but commendation for K Sing. From consistency of taste and authenticity that they have retained throughout the years, the flavours have gotten better every year. Despite the hardship of restaurants due to Covid, K Sing has maintained their generosity, price and taste and forever I will be a loyal customer. I have tried almost everything at least once from their menu. The laab is nothing short of amazing through to their crispy noodles. Please don’t be scared to try something new from the menu. Again, I have nothing but commendation for K Sing.

Not a place you go to for a quiet meal, but if you can handle the jandle with the noise, and enjoy good food at reasonable prices then like us, you'll leave happy.

Really good service here, they managed to squeeze in our group of 4 on an early Saturday evening which we were stoked about. Food was really good, and had plenty of vegan options which I was excited to see!

Can’t wait to go back and will be bringing other friends to try.

Would have given this restaurant a 5 star but unfortunately now Two orders through Door Dash have been incomplete and there was a slight issue with another dish. First, ordered the Pork ribs (no. 35) however did not receive the accompanying Soup. Second time ordered the ribs however did not receive the Sweet and Sour Sauce. Also, ordered Larbnar Crispy Noodle (no. 32) and the noodles were not crispy at all. Otherwise, have had quite a few orders now from k sing which were OUTSTANDING!

Nice food but the portions are way too big, I don't want that much food and it's wasteful.

It's my fav go-to restaurant! Kind staffs & large portion. You will see a sparkling clean cooking area when you pass thru the kitchen to go to the bathroom. Pad Thai tastes amazing with a lot of beef. Lardnar Crispy Noodle is also one of a kind. I can't find any other better Thai restaurant than here.

I had the Banh Xeo - A savoury Vietnamese pancake filled with pork mince, spring onion & beansprouts, drizzled with sweet & sour sauce & roasted peanuts
It was delicious. The flavours were really good.
The restaurant was really busy but they were surprisingly quick to serve considering everybody had turned up all at once.
Highly recommended place to eat.

Met with few friends good quality food value for money and can take left overs home as the portions are too much for a lunch. Made reservations and table was reserved for us

Still one of the best eateries in Petone. The food is amazing. Very authentic Asian cuisine. The dine in restaurant is pretty causal and always busy due to the quality of the food. We have had many take aways from here.

Ignored and made to feel unwelcome. Diners arriving later seated with water, while we waited…. Do not recommend
