Awful greasy Chicken, server mumbled behind her mask command of English not good, orderd a Colonel Burger, said I do not want a combo, orderd a non fizzy drink was told it dies not cone with the combo, ended up with greasy combo box, gross.
Ordered family shared bucket. I was told they ran out of tomato sauce, when I asked it for the fries. Then I asked if I could get BBQ’s sauce instead, and the answer is "you have to pay for it". This is the third times they were out of tomato sauce in one month. Very disappointed and won't be here again.
The service was quick, the staff super friendly, and to top it off nothing was missing from our order. We even got extra spoons and a generous amount of napkins. Good job!
Chips were good chicken was dry and had to repeat my order multiple times and she still missed one of the meals which meant I had to pay again and wait for it to be made
Drive thru was fast and efficient. Coating in wicked wings seemed lighter and less greasy than our normal branch, which was lovely.it also seemed less spicy though, which was a little disappointing.
Ordered mega sharing bucket, chicken dry and 2 pieces less. How hard it is to count 15 pieces chicken?
Consistently poor service. As a regular customer, Im tired of 6 staff doing their utmost to avoid eye contact so they dont have to interact with you or anyone else. They have seperate areas at the counter for order in and pick-up but the signs are just there for decoration you wont get any efficiency out of it if that was the intention. Constantly slow food prep, theres numerous staff whom seem rushed off their feet managing 2 dine in and 3 drive thru customers. Honestly.
Had not heard of this place before, but a friend recommended it to me, and I was not disappointed.
Tip if you're going for the first time: The C stands for Chicken.
Its covid level 3 (5th Sunday, 7.00pm) staffs no gloves while handling food.its a shame they dont even follow the basic guidelines. Orders messed up too.
It's red and white, it sells fried chicken. Most importantly, Toilets were clean when I visited.
Got a burger, it's level 3, but was still a pretty average burger, tiny piece of chicken, lots of onion, but hardly anything else (being as genetic as I can) I expected more for $15
Came here thursday evening, they forgot one of my burger, but the girl serving was super friendly and helpful and got me another.made my day.tasted good too.thnx kfc!
Patchy in terms of quality of food and portion sizes, quite a lot of the team they put on the front don't really say much and take a while entering the order (this is after consistent visits over the last year) so it seems some standards need to be held to a higher regard at this branch
Was pretty underwhelming.each time we have been there, there has been problems, this time, they had no wicked wings available. Restaurant always seems like it hasn't been wiped or cleared by staff either.
The Guy who served me was great and i got the extra seasoning i wanted. I asked for excessive and got it. Perfect. Downside was the delivery driver who just steps in front of me twice, no excuse me, nothing. Pure ignorance.

I ordered wicked meal in KFC using menulog.
I didn't get my drink (1.5L) so I asked delivery guy where is our drink and he said he only picked up one bag sounding like he doesn't have any responsibility on missing item. I tried to call KFC for 6 times but no one answered. 7th try someone picked up the phone and they just hung up on me. I tried to call them back and they put the phone unavailable so people can't call them (seriously) I never had missing items from using Uber eats and delivereasy. I paid for my meal and why do I have to go through this.

Wrong orders with missing items multiple times. Also often request extra seasoning and half the time seem to get no seasoning at all. Yes you can “give feedback” on the kfc website and get your items later but it’s not worth it.
