Khandallah Medical Centre

Recommend standing your ground with this clinic after an older friend of mine failed to be diagnosed with pneumonia even when they proposed the condition as they recognizing the symptoms having come from a nursing background. Outcome for my friend from this was poor. They took themselves to the hospital eventually leading to surgery and now needing oxygen. In spite of recommendations from hospital for oxygen to support breathing, clinic did nothing to facilitate this. Family rallied to provide. All this could have been prevented by early diagnosis by the clinic.

This medical centre deserves a much higher rating than it's currently got!
I have been going here for 4 years and they have been great each time. My usual Dr Michael Buckley is great, the reception team is friendly and the nurses are lovely! Even blew bubbles for my daughter after doing her vaccines.
I saw another Dr today Richard Hogg and he was wonderful too.
I have never found the wait time to be long, always less than 20 mins but usually they are on time.
I am almost always able to get a same day appointment.
It's not the cheapest medical centre but it's worth it!

Lisa is an amazing asset to the team at Khandallah Medical Centre. She always shares a smile and speaks so kindly to all, today she even gave me flowers when I was crying but even without that I’ve always felt comfort going there to see her with my needs. Thank you Lisa you are gorgeous x

Always refuse service using Convid as an excuse even for children. They just want to move you to after hours clinic.

Terrible service, attitude towards patients and health care. After being here three months I decided to move to a better health care facility. Would not recommend at all! I would have given them no stars.

We left, getting an appointment is usually 3days or more, and you can wait an hour to be seen. The surgery seems over-subscribed and hence over-loaded, but doctors good just too hard to see them.

The service was pathetic for a medical centre, i was send to the centre for blood test, reception had not even look on there system to see if they have my details, they send me away. Poor service poor client relationship.

I had to wait 2 weeks for an iron infusion after having a ferritin level of 6 (far under the norm) and after the appointment they charge me 150 $ without having told me that there was a cost before! Never had to pay for any medical services in my life coming from Germany, but this seems outrageous! Plus doctors and nurses have not been helpful to me, I always left with more concerns than I had before. I cannot recommend this place. S.

Been going here for approx 30+ years fantastic reception and medical staff quick and efficient always leave having all my questions and conerns answered:)
