Poor admin and rude reception. I have been waiting SEVEN months to be enrolled. Every time I follow up reception tell me that my enrolment form/ID can’t be found, they will call me back or they will pass along to admin. Have called multiple times and still am awaiting the issue to be resolved. Have given up and gone elsewhere.

Reception can sometimes be rude. Talking like your supposed to know and loud enough so everyone in waiting room can hear.

Very unprofessional. Just been sent away with a sick child that they are fully booked. As a medical provider, they should have at least examined and assessed my son. If anything worse happens, I will definitely put in a complaint against them. Where do they expect me to take my son when we are their patients? !

I am very happy with the team at Kopata! The reception team are lovely and always aid with getting the earliest appointment possible. The doctors are amazing. I see Dr Shaheen and he has helped me a great deal with my illnesses and provided care and assistance in finding medication that works for me. I always feel comfortable when I'm in an appointment and don't feel stressed or anxious which is big as I'm a shy person. Thank you for your amazing service Kopata!

Georgia Roud, sorry there were no appointments on the day that you rang. You were seen in the nurses acute assessment clinic. I was asked by the nurse to review the history and her clinical assessment.
I gave you my time, when I had none to give
We do value feedback so that we can improve the services we provide

Kopata Medical Centre is no longer a family environment and the Drs are not the same since Dr Phillips left. Reception ladies are so rude and horrible about personal needs and do not treat people with respect. They do whatever they think is best for them and don't listen to what you need. They jump to getting Nurses to do their job instead of them. Multiple times where I have been asking to get them to get the doctor to call me and they ignore my needs and just avoid the fact that all medical information is private and does not need to be shared if one does not give consent and the receptionists don't do this. I am very happy with the new doctor who has taken over Dr Phillips as he knows how to treat his patients and listen to them. He is a very talented in his work and lovely with Children. He is a very caring doctor. My daughter is very happy with him.

I find the one star reviews hard to believe

I've been with kopata for a decade with a break of three years when we lived in the bop.

Originally with Dr savage and now Dr Kumar.

Reception has always been awesome and welcoming, both Drs have been great and attentive, and when needed the locums and nursing team have always been prompt and helpful.

Have been with Kopata Medical Centre for well over a decade, the nurses are exceptional at what they do. The Practice Management do not adhere to privacy laws (from my personal experience) and my GP has always seemed incompetent.

The service here is extremely poor. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The amount of times I've heard them raise their voice and be short with patients is disgusting. Doctor Patterson has no bedside manner, he does not listen to his patients and brushes them off with more and more medication with no follow through or genuine care, despite his lack of time with patients he is always running late. The nurses however are lovely, helpful, accommodating, understanding, patient, friendly and take your concerns seriously, it's a shame that is not carried across the board. I would never go back and would urge others to stay away after the hour and a half I waited today to be brushed aside.

I understand that a Medical Centre is busy but on two separate occasions, I have been on hold for more than 15 minutes to be told I'll be called back with in the day and no call back what so ever. Very difficult to organize myself when Kopata can not organize themselves.

Disappointing. We were scheduled to meet our GP to complete our registration. We were told that we don’t have to pay anything. We came. Doctor asked if I’m in good health. Since I was asked, I answered that I am taking metformin medication and that’s it. Then voila! Charged $70 for “consultation”. That was a simple answer to a question. Were they expecting us to just show up and not talk? !? Misinformation. We would have appreciated if they explained it first hand what’s considered a “consultation” since we have told many times that it is our first time. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying that amount if I find it worth it. But it was definitely not. I didn’t know I have to pay $70 for just answering a question on our first meeting. ‍️

Very helpful and managed to see us in a short notice when urgent. Thanks for Dr Savage's care and advice, the nurse was great too for doing quick and precise immunisation to my four year old.

Kopata medical is absolutely apauling! The receptionist are foul and so rude. When attending an appointment it’s always a hassle and they seem incompetent. This place should be shut down. It’s degrading.

Don't go expecting any empathy or kindness when dealing with a Nurse named Luceale at Kopata. When requesting infomation about my mothers recent doctors appointment (which my family and I were very concerned about) she snapped my head off, and very rudley denied me any infomation REGARDLESS of my mother giving the nursing team permission to speak on her behalf. She made me feel as though I was being a pain and could not wait to complete the conversation. When I asked for her to give me an explination WHY she wasn't willing to share anything with me, all she could respond with is 'we don't do that'. I actually got off the phone to her feeling 100 times worse than I did before. HUGE lack of Professionalism, LACK OF EMPATHY, DISGUSTING customer service, and in general - just really disappointing treatment from one human to another. If I could 'minus 5 stars - I would.
