Les Mills Hutt City

Amazing staff, went above and beyond! A couple of points to note - signage could be better (to/outside toilets, changing rooms, studios). The Trip was also a bit of a let down compared to other Les Mills gyms - small roll-down projector with buzzy speakers, only virtual classes (no trainer and pretty low attendance), and the music wasn't quite loud enough. Really wish they had trainer-led Trips! A bit of a pain to drive into the city for them.

Fab gym -really well run and world class fitness group classes. Loads if personal trainers available. Nice decor and clean too. The best gym in town!

Awesome gym. Superb facilities with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Aeshka is often at the front desk with a smile and a friendly hello, which always makes my day. 2 thumbs up to the team at Les Mills. They are awesome.

Great staff and decent sized gym that is never swamped with people. Visited every two years while we lived overseas and they always sorted us out with a deal. We are now back permanently and the sales team (cheers Ben!) remembered us and immediately helped us find the best contract. Really good vibe

For sure the best gym I have been to. Very spacious, separate and good conditioned warm‐up room, separate area for woman, large changing rooms. The classes are very cool and enjoyable.
The only cons that it's very crowded too.

Been coming to les mills since the start of this year it’s my first gym I’ve been too and I’ve had no problem, friendly staff who greet you every time you come in and overall good equipment and space.:)

Good equipment but very, very cramped and not enough to go around. There is a womens gym that takes up the entire upper floor which is not available to men despite LM charging the same cost of membership to men for a lower quality customer experience. It would be more fair to just expand the gym into the area and remove the pressure during busy times, in addition to not treating male customers like inferiors

The friendliest gym you'll ever work out at. Great facilities and great selection of classes, which one of my friends described as "truly mammoth".

The gym has really upped its game during Covid to make it a safe workout space in these uncertain times.

I actually visited a ProActive Physiotherapist following recent surgery.
The gym activities are well spaced given need to be during Covid 19 restrictions.
Clean and tidy and pleasant staff.

Today I have joined the Les Mills. I can't wait to see myself as new define person soon. Anu at Les Mills was very professional. Thank you!

Its taking the Lesmills staff 3 months to arrange a sauna timer as the existing one was broken in December 2020, all in all im disappointed that such a high ranked facility has such a poor maintenance schedule. Please fix this asap on behalf of myself and other members. Thanks

Not cheap. Great facilities and good equipment. Has sauna. Sauna is the deal maker for me. They are rare in LH.

So welcoming! The energy is amazing everytime you walk in and there is no judgement. People are too busy to worry about others which is great! Makes working out less stressful!

Big place if you want to look good lots of different equipment to use and you need to get fit after Christmas

Clean, good staff when you need a pointer. Air conditioning- yay! Big open spaces and you don’t feel cramped like in a converted office

Very friendly staff over the phone.
Enquired about a one off work out for 2 people as we are from out of town. The cost is expensive for a single work out, $30 per non member. $20 per person if you go with a member.
Decided not to go $60 is far to costly for a one off.

My favorite gym in the hutt. I have been training in Les mills for over 5 years now. Love the equipments they have, very big gym, friendly stuff, amazing classes. Price is reasonable for how often I use the gym. I don't recommend to go during peak hour 5-6pm but the rest of the time I never have to wait for the equipment.

I love going to Les Mills it makes me feel so happy that I have done something to improve my health

Lesson learnt through Les Mills, not to do yearly contract at all. Because of COVID my circumstances change and I have requested them to cancel my contract without additional charges. They refused and asked to pay them the buy out fee. I have told them to use the credit left in my account and they said I still need to pay.
Worst part is that I am moving house to Upper Hutt and there is no gym there. They want me to come to Lowerhutt which is not feasible at all.
I thought they will be considerate enough to wave off any additional fees because of the unpredictable situation everyone has faced but they did not.
