44I have been a patient here for 20 years but am getting more and more disappointed with the care that the drs give out recently leave feeling very upset.i tried to get appointment recently as I had chest pains was told nothing for 2 days.i ended up next day having to get the medics and was taken to hospital
Almost a 1 hour wait time for my 3 month old to be seen by the doctor. Asked reception how much long and all I get in response is “hopefully not much longer”. The doctor wasn’t even in her exam room. Highly disappointed as my appointment time was scheduled between naps.
Awful. Treated apaulingly by the entire staff but expecially dr Kirsty Steggles. She was so bad at listening to her patients needs and changing script doesages to seriously endanger my health. When the medical board advised her what she was doing was wrong i was told i could no longer be her patient. I was left sick without needed daily medication for weeks and made to feel embarrassed sucidial and hating myself. This is not how you should feel after seeing healers
Our Doctor is great, but the reception staff are just plain rude and impatient. Shocking for a medical center where people ring who are not well. Would not recommend going here, but as most medical centers are not taking new patients you might have to settle for this one.
Have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. But recently, every time I make an appointment. Sorry fully booked try next week. Can't even service there loyal customers
After being on hold for over 20 mins someone finally called me back I spoke to a nurse saying I was having shortness or breath and a cough nothing to bad but I need a repeat on my asthma inhalers she refused to give me a repeat as it had been a while since I had been prescribed one I asked if I could make a appointment with my doctor to get one she said he was booked out for the day so will organise to get me 1 inhaler for the mean time and book me in with my doctor she said I would be contacted at the end of the day I was not contacted at all.very poor I thought as I was just asking for a simple inhaler I’ve had asthma since I was a kid
Their website cost breakdowns are innaccurate and therefore misleading and do not correspond with their invoicing after the fact. Advice is to please ensure you ask for a quote and breakdown of the quote before using their services. However, the service itself by all was excellant.
Have always had a good experience here, reception are always helpful either on the phone or in person. Doctors and Nurses are great. Recommend
Unethical and discriminating staff, they obviously need a good talking to from an ombudsman to get them off thier 2 star rating.
Some of the staff are undeniably in the wrong profession.
Shame I have to be generous and give one star. Rejected for getting a Day 2 isolation post MIQ test even though the MOH book provided in MIQ clearly states, via a link given in the guide, that Mana Medical is one option you can go to as a non-patient and you do not have to book. I was abruptly told I should not have left my house (which you have to in order to get the test, as advised in the booklet and I followed all the rules), that they take patients only, and that you have to book (which makes no sense if they don't take patients?), this is all contrary to what is advised in the Ministry of Health Guidance for post-MIQ self-isolation. The receptionist was nice and had explained this, so I was turning to leave when the senior nurse or whoever she was, decided to come out and start reading me my rights and telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a totally hostile manner and that I need to "read it properly", which of course I had. I'm not 5 years old. They had no clue and clearly haven't seen the book themselves. I've reported them to healthpoint, run by MOH, where they are listed as a testing centre under the above laid out parameters. They didn't even seem to know they were listed! Absolutely useless and that woman way too aggressive in her approach.
Changed medical centres different doctor everytime cause the previous one has left. Drs don't really seem to care or listen to you

I get anxiety calling Mana medical. I try to use the website to book appts because the reception staff are horrible. I understand it's a hectic place but perhaps look for a job where empathy isnt required.
I will be transferring to another medical centre because I would expect some form of customer service from the front desk. The doctors (Dr Rini) is fabulous though so if you can by pass the phone calls and any interaction with the front desk then you're the real winner.
Your wed site is seriously faulty, on the old one it continually says "No appointments available' no matter which Doctor I choose, but your new public website says there is, BUT when I login it goes to the old web site and 'No appointments available' continues to show. Been trying for weeks to get an appointment.
On several occasions I have called this health centre after 5pm but we'll before their 6pm closing time. On every occasion I have been greeted with a voicemail telling me I have reached them outside normal business hours.
Receptionist is horrible to people who come in. Really needs some training! Would give 0 for her if possible.
Receptionsts are rude and not pleasant to deal with, people skills lacking.
Never have i been seen on time, but the one time i was late by 5min. (called to say i was going to be a few minutes late) I walked in and before i got to the counter was told i couldnt be seen. Not ideal when you have a broken hand.
This place is not even worth a one star, if i could give them zero stars i would. Worst customer service ever! They don't seem to care about their customers and are more interested in chatting to each other behind the reception desk.
Very happy with my first experience yesterday when I took my son there, the receptionist was very helpful and my son loved the play area. The nurse was great and the doctor was thorough. Keep up the good work!
