Compared to Johnsonville site, this one is a lot better. Better staff, better management and better service. If you need something during such hours, it's worth to drive to this site.

I'd say McD is a great place to grab a quick meal or snack. If you’re looking for a fast-food restaurant offers good food and excellent service, McDonald’s is the place to go.

No wait tym to pickup orders.

It looked really busy and when iam in the are which is not tht often and if it is not busy i will call in they are very good three awesome place to go and eat at any time

Annoyingly tasty premium chicken burger. I hadn't been to Maccas for years so it was a surprise for sure. But at $14 for the burger on it's own is poor value.

Slowest mcdonald’s ever! One time we had to wait for 2 quarter pounders for more than 30 minutes. On the plus side, this place always looks so clean.

It was great I actually forgot my phone there and they made sure to give it right back great customer service

Got me a hot choc and a black current then went to the play area and seen the play ground and it dirty not clean stale chip left on play area ice cream and dirty glass plastic yuck not happy, Dirty play area

Just a regular maccas, fast service. Pretty sure the mature lady doing the cleaning was harassing a guy with eczema tho. Telling him to go sanitize or something. He looked uncomfortable, she didn't do that to anyone else.

Huge location with a lot of seating however there is not free wifi and only 6 self serve ordering stations

4 stars for a McDonald's. #IYKYK

In all seriousness Micky Dz can never ever truly be a 4 star establishment, but in terms of how it measures up to other McDonald's venues, it's pretty good. Staff be friendly too, always a bonus

Ordered 2 burger meals with 2 Sundays late at night in the drive through, was handed a bag that I was told everything was in besides the drinks, waited for the drinks and only received 1 of the drinks ordered aswell as no Sundays. I'm furious and disgusted at how disgraceful this particular MacDonalds service was and is. This is not the first time this particular MacDonalds has 'forgotten' a big portion of my order after i have paid for it, this will undoubtedly be the last time I ever visit this MacDonalds again and I would strongly advise others to choose any other MacDonalds over this one.

Was a let down, what happened to McCafe, what happened to service, and without McCafe the the the coffee was below average.

I was there with my Husband as I had appt at 9. I was still concerned on how the place was still sticking with the lock down. I am sad to see the Cafe not running to how it was. I noticed a young man doing the cleaning. He was amazing I liked how he put a lot off effort into it. He was ace and I told him he was doing a great job. I praise him for his cleaning

Maybe the time went in there, burger was unappetizing. Tasted stale and dry, fries were on the point of going cold. In saying that, the staff member who was serving customers at the time was really good, happy and engaged with the customer. For him I'd give him 4

Too busy.not enough printer paper for your orders so you have to figure out your order number and you have to go and ask about your order number to the staff And they are too busy to tell you.

Pss-poor, didn't fulfill the total order, wouldn't rectify, wouldn't refund. And now we've got 2 grumpy kids too. What a ripoff, all the staff/manager just said 'we're really really busy', not even an apology.

They are ok, sometimes doesn't give complete order so may need to check if going through drive thru.all in all its your average McDonald's

I remember this lady said she wasn't gonna make another ice cream just because this one person didn't hear their number.she put the ice cream on the table leaving it to melt and said " I will not be making another ice cream idc" LOOOLLLL everyone was shook.

Meal was fresh hot looked nice, staff were friendly and welcoming to us and our disability HEARING dog (I heard as we left staff conversation and our dog was called a seeing eye dog.)
We were very impressed at the great attitude of the staff around our dog tonight!

Stickiest floor ever, and they didn't adhere to vivid regulations when they were active. They would frequently take their masks off and not clean hands before or after serving food
