Go to kfc.the McChicken is way more expensive then the snack burger at KFC, its the same size and the chicken is not as nice

I love them and idk how they knew i didnt want ice but they knew and it was ready so quick really helped a bad day

I don't know what to say about the access to the system but it is a good idea to do as, lawful ethos individually for this project but I am in shock and I have to do the right things for good of my country.

I noticed major improvements since my last visit.all staff were looking busy.cleaner looking, good music and upbeat atmosphere.and the food seemed much fresher.is there a new owner?

Prob the worse maccas in Wellington. Can't remember the last time I ordered something without them missing an item or getting it completely wrong.

Coffee seems to always be wrong but staff are really friendly. I would drive that little bit further towards the basin.food and drinks seem to be that little bit better.

The place was clean and tidy.the staff were very helpful and delivered the food to your table. No complaints whatsoever.

Haven't been there in 15 years but saw one of their workers whose always polite and always hardworking, he should be the manager by now but still cleaning up after everyone.

Worst customer service by an Indian lady on the drive thru window this morning.seems very frustrated and rude. What a shame! You need to educated your staff good customer service manners.spoiled my day

Great burger combo chips were awesome and the mangers help with placing my order very professionally done and quick service well done team

Love this McDonald's. I always buy Happy Meals with nice toys for kids. Food always well-packed on Uber-eats, great store.

Food was fine but trying to find a table without rubbish and food scraps all over it was impossible.and most tables were vacant.so the staff were not busy and not cleaning. Disappointing.

Bought a happy meal as a take away. Drove off and realise upon arriving home that they didn’t include the happy meal toy. Called them up and told them what happened. The person on the phone told me that if i can get back to pick it up, i said i can’t coz we just drive passed Newtown and live a far. Put his mic on mute, and eventually hang up on me. Waste of time and one upset toddler

Visited at about 8.45pm on a Monday, the queue in the drive through was barely moving so decided to go in. The staff were just all wandering around chatting with no urgency at all. Whilst I stood there they chatted away to each other while doing nothing! All I ordered was 2 sundaes. When I finally got them I thanked him and said he could have made them 5 minutes ago instead of standing there chatting with his colleagues. I won't be back to this store again anytime soon.

My order is easily wrong more often that it is right. They have really pleasant and friendly staff, but you desperately need to train better. But the worst thing is you don't get it. You don't know how important your meal could be. This honestly felt like my last normal thing in my life, and now it's gone, and I literally want to kill myself.

Awesome place and great customer experience. The self check out systems are simply incredible, with that customers can take their own time and select their desired items. The service is super fast!

I went through the drive thru twice and both times I had super friendly staff on the intercom. Food was good. But i remember leaving that Drive thru with a smile because of the guys on the speaker.

We ordered one shake, one flat white, one cappuccino and one mocha. The shake was made very quickly. The CSR just came to the table and suddenly drop it and pronounced the name of shake, quickly return to the counter. No greeting, no manners to us. Then we were waiting for coffee for a while. After long time later, the barista made two mocha and one cappuccino. She came to the table and put it on the table and left. We told her that we ordered one flat white instead of 2nd mocha. She went back to the counter, was doing for her work and neglected it. Then 5 minutes later, my friend went to the counter and returned the coffee. After that she made flat white and gave us on table. The coffee was not great in taste and much strong like double shot flat white. I did not add on sugar, so she did not provide it as well.
It was dine- in order but it was served my all coffees take away cup. No surviette has provided, no sorry for the mistake, no greeting. I left my coffee half way to finish. Absolutely disappointing customer service.

Ordered a single wrap and take ages to make it. The big ordering is serving first and those one who ordered later get their order but me still waiting!

Not from wellington and also not a frequent user of McDonald's. But was on a mission for the young people we were looking after. The "Pay Here" booth is well hidden around a corner and had to back up from the pick up booth. Not user friendly unless you're a local.
