Muffin Break

The wonderful workers here are always so polite, friendly and warm. These girls honestly have the best customer service I’ve ever had at any muffin break.

Staff GREAT. Had a ginger and muffin that was to die for. Just as well I can't visit ever day.

Service was really great, the lady was patient and gave me some other things. The muffin I tried was not my type but just trying some new varieties of muffins. The price was worth it though. Best cafe to go to price, taste, and service wise. Highly recommend the double chocolate muffin, I grew up eating those:)

Consistently good coffee and good vegan muffins and other Dairy-Free options are always available. The staff are awesome and friendly.

Porirua staff are a real pleasure to deal with. Always have a smile for me and remember my order.

Every time we visit, we receive service with a smile and well-trained and helpful staff. The food is great quality, well priced and delicious, with a great range. The loyalty scheme for drinks is also excellent.

If you like good consistent coffee, speedy and genuinely friendly service, then Muffin Break at North City is for you. Whether its a quieter weekday or busy weekend, this is absolutely the best service you'll get. Consistently good coffee and food, can't recommend highly enough

The service today at Muffin Break North City was great. They were short staffed and quite busy but were really friendly, polite and helpful to all customers while I was there.

Just went here for the first time and was surprised by how energetic and lovely the person who served us was. It's good to see someone working in hospo smile so genuinely I see it as a sign the staff are being treated well which is always important to me (:

Stopped here today for a quick coffee and gf muffin lunch. Whilst these were both good what made the visit, was the outstanding service from a young lady called Carol. If I owned a business, I would love her running my front of house. A1 perfect service, from her lovely initial greeting to her kind departing comments.

Excellent service by Kayla and others staff so refreshing to be greeted by happy people. The muffin I had was delicious as was my coffee.

Use to be my favorite place for hot chocolate and cookies, now its just tastele and cookies not fresh.

Very slow on the coffee was a 25min wait, didnt even mention there was going to be such a wait.

This place is consistently great. Service super friendly & efficient, food nicer than other muffin break cafes near by- coastlands! Coffee also much nicer here.
