My mum went to the same doctor over the years with the same medical issue. Doctor didn’t do anything about it. Now that she’s changed doctor at a different medical centre, they found out it was something serious. Glad she found someone else. That doctor is just not it. Disappointing.

People who criticise staff at NMCentre-you lot need to be thankful a Dr actually gets to see you. Be thankful n stop whingeing, theyre doing their best dealing with difficult clients like YOU.

Always waiting over an hour for appointments. I understand emergencies do happen, but this is the third time waiting over and hour. Getting fed up with the wait. Don't confirm an appointment time when the wait is going to be an hour past the initial appointment time!

Fantastic support staff at the reception area, and some wonderful doctors as well. One grumpy nurse, but the rest are fantastic. Very happy with the practice as a whole and have recommended to friends to move to this practice (and they have, and they are also a lot happier with their medical needs being met, and feeling that the doctor is listening to them).

Always friendly staff greet you with a smile been going here for 40+ years ever since dr luey as a child they are just awesome

VERY incompetent reception staff, who cannot complete a simple task such as faxing a prescription for medication i rely on, on time, or correctly.absolutely useless, unhelpful and difficult to deal with, and don't deliver on a service that I have to pay extra for while being blunt and rude.would give 0 stars. My doctor on the other hand is quite good.

Such a bad admin ladies; the 3 of them with an attitude; were super rude, aggressive and very unprofessional, they actually hung up the phone on the patient face, more than once; and specially when i have asked them to speak with the manager. They would not let me talk to the manager!
Awful people. Terrible service.

When tired feeling unwell their infectious (the only thing infectious there.) smiles will pick you up.

If i could give 0 stars i would, had an appointment booked for 3.15 pm and have been waiting for almost an hour

My doctor is absolutely lovely, but she not the best doctor and doesn't go the extra mile for her clients (knowing their history).
The reason why a lot of people don't go to the doctor is because they get turned away without a full inspection. Also, one receptionist can be very rude.

Good drs an receptionists but so hard to even get an appointment.or even to get them on the ph.
