The girls were all so lovely and helpful. They answered all my questions and efficient, best eye test I've ever had, the store is so lush and sleek. Loved the experience will be back

Had a great experience from both the sales people and optometrists. Jesse was lovely to work with and I felt confident with my prescriptions. Portia was fantastic when I was getting my lenses. Had no issue getting my lenses in my current frames. Great work Jesse and amazing service Portia!

Had a wonderful time at OPSM. I came to get my glasses adjusted and was so impressed by the quality and speed of the service! I wanted to stay longer as the staff were so lovely! Look forward to when my glasses need tightening again!

First time at OPSM after being a specsavers customer for so long, never had a better experience than I did with Willis Street. Lovely staff, made the process actually enjoyable for me. Will be back for my next pair!

Today I went in to OPSM Willis for an eye test and a new pair or prescription sunglasses and thanks to the lovely sales assistant portia and the other amazing staff I was in and out within 20 minutes! Would highly reccomend this OPSM branch

Lovely staff at OPSM Willis - have bought contact lenses and glasses from them and it has been great.

Good selection of frames. Make sure you ask about lens prices before you commit - as you may be surprised.

Then again, when I asked for a price list, they weren't able to give me one. Weird.

I have had glasses repaired here in the past, excellent service by young man who couldn't have been more helpful, repaired quickly and efficiently. Not today. Couldn't care less attitude from staff member, interrupted me to serve someone else, did not answer my question and seemed disinterested in looking after a paying customer, gave me every reason not to do business with OPSM.

Carla the store manager helped me out with frames I purchased over 2 years ago for repair. Very helpfull especialy since I visited a Oakley store in the US and they could care less. Good Job

I've just endured a humiliating experience at the Willis Street branch. Customer service shouldn't change standard just because I wanted a refund.
