Can take up to half n hour of phone calls to wait for someone to answer, unorganized. Good doctors but the waiting and continuous ringing, they even accidently hung up on me and I had to ring for another 15 minutes. They also put my partner through to the mental institution instead of to the nurses. Unprofessional & extremely slow! Super annoyed

I can’t speak to other peoples experience but my own thoughts are that booking, visiting, and receiving two doses of the vaccine was all seamless, easy, and low stress. Thanks PHP

Big props to Pacific Health Plus and their vaccination centre today. We did book, but we had no problem with waiting. They were running a bit late because they had so many people turning out for their vaccinations, which was great to see. Awesome job guys.

Used to be 10$ but now the prices are so high, also been declined treatment like my late aunty was from same practice so unprofessional. Called them multiple times for an appointment to see a Dr and am always told a Dr or nurse will call me back. They never do!

If I have medical tests, I want the bloody results! Good or bad, I don't want to be chasing them up 6 weeks later. A bit of basic service training would be great for your staff. And stop increasing your prices to profit off sick people. A little profit is okay but don't be greedy!
