Park Kitchen reviews
78Gone down hill. Waited 2 hours for food and front staff very rude. Limp pizza and aioli that was rotten.
I want this place to be good. The decor is great, and the staff are friendly, but the food can disappoint
The burger is good at least. The taco tapas was just lettuce and what seems to be canned tomato with battered fish, lacking spice or heat. The coffee is made with some unpleasant cheap soy milk so I've learned to not get coffee here (there's a cafe named swimsuit nearby for good coffee). The milkshakes we used to get after school in 2020 to 2022 are gone from the menu now. The cheese scone is nice but served with bland soup.
I'm sure this place used to be quite good, but whatever soul was in the food seems gone. I hope they find it again.
Horrible customer service from the man behind the bar counter (the one without beard) not sure whether he is the owner or not but was so arrogant. He was literally commanding me every time. The food was really nice but couldn’t enjoy it because of his rude behaviour. I am not going to this place again in my life.
Mainly go there for milkshakes, and they are absolutely amazing. I love the way every different flavour is decorated differently. Pizza is also amazing too! Bit overwhelming for my taste buds but I can see the appeal of it to others. Love the painting and the coherent theme throughout the menus and restaurant.
Pleasant setting with a la carte available. Full range of both alcohol and non alcohol drinks. Busy at lunch from local workers.
Service was good just a little slow to take our order. The food was delicious and arrived in good time.
Great place to visit, great staff, nearby to public transport. Interesting art on display.
Really nice food. Service was a little slow with wait staff needing to be reminded about items not served.
Pleasant place, nice outdoor courtyard with canopy available. Nice coffee over meeting. Convivial small meeting place
Disappointed removing all the best items that draw in the customers the menu gets smaller and less appetising every time we come……. Used to be our favourite local spot
Been here many times, first bad experience. Took 40 minutes for breakfast to come and when it did it was not flash, very bland and everything apart from the halloumi was cold. $7 for creamy mushrooms which were cold and there was about 10 slices of mushroom on the plate. Feels like the place may have changed management or could be due to labour shortage (which is totally not their fault) but doesn’t inspire us to go back. A real shame as we look forward going here.
We had a nice time there for dinner the food was good and the service from the staff were friendly
Great service for an affordable meal. Located in a hip pocket of Wellington. Unfortunately, the food was hit and miss with a general sprinkle of "greasiness". For the style of dining, there are better options near and far.
The Waffle Soul Stack was probably the finest example of a waffles & chicken dish I've ever had.
Superb risotto, probably the best I have ever had and the service was excellent also. We were a party of 5 all eating different meals and couldn’t fault any of them. Highly recommended.
Breakfast elevated! I had the PK Hash with mushrooms and spinach. A poached egg and hollandaise sauce served on a potato biscuit on a bed of mushrooms and spinach. Divine!
Service was okay but extremely disappointed to find the three best menu items have been removed. The pizzas, the flat breads and the Pina Coladas. We had also booked a booth only to be seated at a regular table with no warning.
Pleasant place, nice outdoor courtyard with canopy available. Nice scone and coffee over meeting
Almost anything on the menu can be made gluten free. Fast friendly service. Meals are nicely presented and tasty. Service is quick.
We had poached eggs on toast with bacon. The eggs were runny as requested (yum), and the bacon was crispy.
Was a bit too cool to sit in the internal courtyard today. It's always a nice option.
