Used to be a good family orientated practice. Gone backwards. I would avoid at all costs even if they were the only doctors surgery available

I attended this medical centre for 25 years, but no longer work in the Wellington CBD, so have changed to a local suburban surgery. I have been treated by both Dr Williams and Dr Jackson, and have found both, over many years, to be professional, caring, organised, informative, capable and incredibly pleasant to deal with. They have an excellent team to back them up. It is a small medical centre where everyone gets to know you as an individual.

This place prioritises money over quality health care. They squeeze you for every dollar and then rush you out as soon as your "time" is up.

Receptionist recommended I travel to Hawkes Bay from Wellington for a doctors visit and wouldn't offer costs of a nurse consult. - Her Attitude was repulsive, insensitive to the matter and unwarranted. I asked for an email to be sent me with costs and she proceeded spelling out the email address of the clinic. Rudely, hung up after 3 and half minutes. (she did not want to be on the phone) so why then is she a receptionist at your clinic? - I don't usually go out of my way for a review but warranted. (21/07/2020)

Kim an absolutely awful doctor, made me feel like my symptoms weren't valid. Needs some serious work on her manner with people and seems to only care about money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Really really bad service at this doctors. No follow up call as promised, no care, just want to give you the pill and be done with it.

Dont ever come here. The doctor simply brush off my pain saying after "professionally" checked me. She was completely rude and i feel like being rushed. The reception said yes after i took out my wallet to pay. They are only after your money. Dont ever come here

Cannot comment on the competency of other doctors at this centre, but would absolutely NOT recommend Dr Jackson for her medical expertise - unless you want to end up in the hospital

I have seen Dr. Claire Jackson for nearly two years now. Dr. Jackson is a great listener, friendly, caring and thorough. She is highly competent at her job. I highly recommend this practice.

Never be happy with this GP for 5 years. The best GP was the contracted Indian Female GP but others are never be good. I am looking for other place to go and now trying to fix my health issue by myself. Because going to this GP, all time, I feel the waste of money and time.

Doctors are great.the receptionist/administrative staff does not have good bedside manner and is a kinda rude. I'm sure she is good at the admin stuff, but her people skills needs work. I'm sure she is Every time I call she acts annoyed. Also, when I come in there, she acts very annoyed as well. The rudest receptionst in wellington, thinking of changing because of this. Maybe she is nice, I don't know, but I don't see it.
