Pleasantly surprised. Food was amazing! Portion was a little on the smaller side, but very delicious. Service was perfect

We went to Restaurant 88 for a Friday night dinner. The place was pretty busy. Atmosphere was nice and staff were friendly. However, the food did not live up to expectations. The noodle dish we had was the better of the two, with the prawns being nicely cooked, but the squid in very tiny pieces. The vegetarian rice crepe on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The main vegetable ingredient was shredded lettuce with a few slices of mushrooms and herbs and a few seemingly hollow tofu pieces. There was no sauce to bind it together unless were were meant to pour the pickle juice over it. Overall, an expensive lettuce wrap.

Extremely good food and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

We have bought your supermarket packaged meals twice and both times found hairs in. It tastes so good so we gave you the benefit of the doubt but after two times in a row a bad review must be given. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING. Please work on your quality control! We will not be purchasing anymore of your food or trying your restaurant.

Love the taste of Crispy Pork. The set up of the restaurant is very cute and relaxing to eat. Very clean and the staff are very polite and friendly.

Have visited this place on several occasions and enjoyed it, this time was no exception. The only negative is that although drunken chicken is on the menu it is never available and noone ever tells you until you try and order it. I think it needs to be removed for the menu

Dinner for 6 on Friday night, although we ran late they were very gracious and super hospitable. The food was delicious from entrees and mains, lovely wine and even a cocktail to give it a go - all were fantastic and we’ll definitely be back!

A quick lunch that didn’t disappoint. Summer rolls were packed full of flavour, and authentic mango sticky rice. Yum.

I used to be excited to come here for lunch and dinner but not anymore. I recently bought the entertainment book and when I tried to redeem the offer I was told I couldn't use it because my friend had paid for her meal first.which I can understand that the coupon would apply to the whole group, but in my view turning it away entirely was petty and unreasonable. It's worth noting that I wasn't trying to get a half-off meal, but rather $21 off of a ~$130 order for 5 of us. The coupon value was also the same regardless of if the table paid together or separately.

Honestly, I'm still hopeful that the manager tries to correct the situation.

Absolutely delightful experience. Food was exceptionally fresh and filling. A nice way to end the meal with their mango sticky rice pudding.

Waiters are very friendly and take good care of their customers.

Lovely setting and great staff. Food proportions were small though for the price but tasted very good. Plenty drink options too. The staff were very attentive and informative! Overall we both love this place and will be going back!

Ate here for dinner on a Sunday night. Food was full of flavour, decent sizes and great vege options. We each had one of the deserts and they were all fantastic. Staff were attentive and friendly. I would go back. They were out of couple of wines from the menu, which was the only disappointment.

Loved the entree squid and size was good. The mains had great flavour but they were very small. Service was awesome
