Scoops Icecream Parlour & Cafe / URBAN EATS reviews
38Hands down favourite cafe in town. I highly recommend urban eats - kai, service & atmosphere are always top notch!
Got two bubble teas, nice and flavourful but tapioca was incredibly undercooked and was inedible. This is the second time we have been served undercooked tapicoa. Specifically asked for the tapioca to be cooked properly and checked as well. Highly disappointed especially for the price paid.
Highly recommend - I have been here a couple of times for in person orders, but I have just discovered that you can order online - this is super convenient as I don't always have time to wait.
Highly recommend, bubble smiling staff, great service. The hot bowls are amazing, great addition to the community
Coffee was really watery and cold and for $7.50 I'm not going back for the coffee again, hopefully their other beverages are better.
Loved visiting! Definitely will be back in the future! I got the Creamy strawberry bob with brow sugar jelly and my partner got the caramel drink with coffee jelly. He also got the bacon, egg and cheese bagel, qnd said it was pretty good!
Awesome place for all ages,
Great value food and drinks
Friendly helpful staff
Really appreciated the extra large drink menu on wall no need for the glasses.
Will be back next time we are in masterton
Very disappointed. Got 3 bobas all revolting that tastes like water and hardly any boba. There was only 2 flavours of boba balls to choose from both disgusting flavours. Never going back!
Food is great and the staff are so lovely. If you’re not a very big eater, definitely recommend getting the kids sizes, I couldn’t even finish mine. The ice cream is on
Best ice cream shop my kids have ever been too. Really friendly staff, extremely generous servings of delicious ice cream. Also do a mean egg Bene. Highly recommended if you’re in masterton with hungry kids

Lovely afternoon with family. Good food. Food needs to be better organized and come out together.
Visited recently with my family, the manager was excellent with his service along with the rest of the staff. So welcoming and friendly.
OPEN till 4.30pm, while many others shut! After visiting 'The Wool Shed' till 3.30ish, we each had a coffee and slice for a very reasonable $6.50. Cheerful ambience; good play corner. We enjoyed watching happy children playing there.
Awesome place to take a big bunch of people. Great service and excellent prices. Will be back again soon.
I usually love this place but a little upsetting when you pay $10 for loaded fries and you get very little bacon and cheese and a heap of sour cream and chips. By time I got them just down the road to eat them they were soggy from all the sour cream.
Great Cafe for kids. It's a nice open plan layout with a play area so you can keep an eye on them from your table. Coffee is alright and the foods always good/hot.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be a 5 star review if that cafe was a bit cleaner.
LOVED this place. Fantastic customer service, loved seeing Te Reo being incorporated in the menu. Fantastic banana split. Highly recommend.
