David, unsure if you got this email yesterday as I had no response, with regard to the situation at the hospital. This was something I should not have gone through in the first instance because of inadequacies in the Hospital sytem having being told that I cant have the operation because  I had a Heart Attack 15 weeks ago that breaches thier guidelines so Im told. Well with due consideration of what has gone on before and now I am going to self medicate to find alternative method to control my bowel habits so I dont have to seek medical intervention. I am as a result not taking anymore Pills for my own reasons. I am continually bashed around the head by what doctors who think they know and saying there is nothing wrong or cannot help me. This has been said many, many times and Im sick of hearing about it.so I have taken this step. I am now seriously considering debating the operation so I am told is so dangerous with regard to my Incissional hernias which were never a problem to doctors until now. I was told by the Anesthetist he was going to do an epidural and that aint going to happen again in my lifetime because of the ballsup with his last Bilateral hernias and giving me local injections. I maybe reapeating myself here but Ive been awake for hours contemplating the outcome so i am prepared for what may eventuate and only seek medical help as a last resort and that will be debateable.

As a byway I over heard a conversation in Discharge lounge for everyone within hearing distance, with a wanna be doctor to an old lady because she had been to the hospital too many times for Angina attacks. His words to her were. Dear there is nothing wrong with your heart but you can expect these pains in the future to continue. SAD. And this is the stuff i here.

My Dog gets better respect and treatment.
You cant complain to anyone because their ears are glued on but we should not expect anything less from a 3rd world health system.
Why do doctors get paid because they do nothing because they cant help is a common response?

Hoping against hope that this does not fall on deaf ears

They emailed my vaccine pass quickly. It says on the website that it will take a few weeks for them to convert an NHS vaccine pass to a NZ vaccine pass, but I actually received the pass in about 2-3 days.

This is a completely clueless and dysfunctional setup. They have no plans for anything and just come out with knee jerk reactions to situations once they start facing it. They seem to be more apt at keeping the general population completely confused with their decision making than actually solving problems. Their poor caliber and efficiency has become glaringly visible in these covid times. With each passing day they are making things more and more confusing for people to understand and follow. They give more excuses as to why things are not upto the mark than actually trying to solve the bigger problem. Pretty bad setup indeed
