The Terrace Medical Centre reviews
13I have been dealing with the fallout of the disgusting way these people treat patients. I am completely unsurprised to learn of the strange and racist reference to immigrants on their website. The way they pat themselves on the back for their level of service is laughable. Whatever good medical staff do is completely cancelled by the inhumane and abusive conduct of admin. Real sadists
Have been enrolled in this practice for a while now after moving within Wellington. Dr Gibson is lovely and answered all my questions and concerns politely and well. Lovely nursing staff as well. Great location for those located in Wellington CBD.
Truly one of the worst medical interactions i've had in my entire life.if we lived in a place i could sue then i'd be flush with money after dealing with my doctor.pure abuse.
I've been a client of Dr Martin Harris at the TMC for all of my adult life (which is about 40 years). I haven't had to visit there much over the years but everytime I have visited I have been well treated by the staff and by my Doctor and I would recommend them to anyone.
Practice manager is aggressive and suffering from extreme stupidity. Reception slurs her words but what really got on my goat was the purple leprechaun sitting across from me as I killed time in stupid-ville:)
Truly one of the worst medical interactions i've had in my entire life.if we lived in a place i could sue then i'd be flush with money after dealing with my doctor.borderline abuse.
Interesting to read all these bad comments. I've been a patient now for four years. They diagnosed a cancer that other GP's had missed, which was subsequently cured. The staff are terrific (I can only speak for the admin staff and my own GP), but friends who also go there say exactly the same things. I can get an appointment pretty much when it suits me. No complaints at all.
Completely useless, my wife went in March and is still waiting for them to do a referral.it is now late May, she has called numerous times.from previous experience they seem to have complete disregard for their customers/patients.
Dr and Nurses are lovely, but let down by the admin staff. Been here for three years and just had one stuff up too many, changing on Monday.
After doing a medical check, Dr D asked me for extra consultation fee. If not, he won't talk to me. What a rip off! I reported this to the Health and Disability Commissioner and they're following this case.
DON'T bother to go there unless there's no more doctor in this world.
Very bad experience with receptionist. She have no service mind and unhelpful in trying to get an appointment. I read all review before make appointment but now I trust them!
I have been going to the Terrace Medical Centre for years and have experienced care from a wide range of its doctors and nurses (particularly recently due to a couple of incidents that needed urgent attention). Highly professional and high quality - I have no hesitation in recommending it.
They are amazing! Julian Foster is my GP, I had an medical emergency last week and they did everything they could to quickly help me resolve my issues. It was a great feeling knowing they where there to help and when required things can be speeded up to meet there patients needs.
I think I have only ever waited 5 mins to see Julian he is always on time, So happy the pay the fee knowing I will not be left waiting for 30 mins for my appointment.
