Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club

Use to be a good place to go but has gone down hill a bit food has lost its quality and quantity also the food is getting a bit expensive

Good place for holding events be they whichever. Also a good place to have a bit of social time with friends.

Had lunch there, very nice. Had a menu at the table which we selected from, but later saw others with toasted sandwiches which weren't on our menu

Went on Friday 30/6 for a cheap meal with mates. They had a $19 buffet set up but it wasnt self serve and the server was stingy on the portions.
Didnt realise you weren't allowed seconds so I only started with a small plate of nachos and felt super ripped off when i went up to try the other items and was turned away.
$19 for a handful of corn chips and a few spoons of pulled pork and beans.

We had a very good meal here at the Arcadia Restaurant in the club. This is new. And they have done a great job with the decor and the atmosphere. Just great. Great food. And we came in because when we paid our annual club fees they gave us a $15 voucher for each of us. So we saved $30 on our meal. We will be back. Much improved from the previous Cossie Club restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic staff at Reception greeted with a million dollar smile, Bar Staff and Cafe Staff very Customer focused.

We love to support our local, highly recommend.

Always a friendly face and a safe environment. Restaurant is closed till the years end but the bistro is open.

Parked up motorhome in the back corner of the car park. Had a couple of drinks game of pool. All settled in for the night

Under level 2 sit at a table staff come to you.put some money on your membership card for easier payment of your beers

Went there for breakfast on my birthday i had to renew my membership card the woman at the front counter wasn't very user friendly didn't acknowledge my birthday or give me a thank you for renewing my membership i then decided to have eggs benny for my breakfast at a cost of $13.50 and upon receiving it i noticed that they had served it on toasted bread not English muffin i was gutted i didn't even have a bite i just threw it in the bin and walked over to kfc, wish i just went there in the first place i think the service at the upper hutt cossie club is below par think I'll be taking my business to the worker mens club in petone from now on.

I have allergies. One of the staff pointed out food I 'could' eat after telling me to be to basically shut up; I was asking questions. I ended up incredibly sick with a severe allergic reaction. This happened about two years ago. I otherwise don't have very much experience other than this catered event.

Staff extremely good and easy to deal with during the current lock down. Great place to catch up for a few drinks with friends. Thank you guys.

Had an unusual day. Bus driver got lost on way back to Wanganui. Ended up in Wellington. Missed the Mana turn off on Hutt motorway. Thanks Upper Hutt Cossie club seniors you were most hospitable hosts. Other than a hiccup with the lunches food was delicious. A great club to visit. 5 stars.

WE WENT TO A FUNERAL SERVICE THERE YESTERDAY. IT WAS THE HAPPIEST ONE I'VE BEEN TO. I LOVED THE SERVICE. ALSO THE NIBBLES FABULOUS. THANK YOU. GREAT TO SEE THE WHANU. BLESSED?

Been a member of club for a long time. No issue with the bar but we went for dinner tonight. Waited 30 mins to get served. Ordered drinks. Waited another 30 mins and no drinks turned up so went to get drinks and found our order sitting at the bar. Meals turned up 30 mins between first one and 5th one.most of us had finished before last meal was brought out. Food was warm, nearly cold. Disappointing.
Will stick to just having a drink at the club and not dinner.

This a fabulous place, that arguably caters to a mature clientele. Full bar facilities, gaming room, pool and snooker tables, without any of the "rough & roudy" mob in some hotels and pubs.
Light meals of a high standard are available, plus a restaurant for more refined dining.
Social membership cost around $30.00 per year, which grants you access to any one of the other clubs, RSA's, etc throughout New Zealand, possibly Australia too, but don't quote me on that.

Great service and lovely facilities BUT unfortunately the food ordered by everyone was not as good as the surroundings. I had the roast and it was really good but unfortunately others in my group weren't so lucky, either the food was not very nice, or not worth the price charged.

This is the third in our area that I have been part of a fair. Wow the quality of these clubs is so good. I can only say that zi wish I had found them earlier and able to enjoy such club activities as the Cossie. Clubd

Bloody awesome place, came for the Queen tribute show, we had dinner which was yum and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment

This venue covers everything required to have a great night out. Restaurant, sports bar, bar meals, free entertainment etc etc
