Best Fish and Chips in the Wellington region. My parents and I used to make the trip from Stokes Valley to come to this Fish and Chip shop when I was growing up. Now as an adult, I'm lucky enough to live in the area and call this place my local. Top quality food and service every time.

Best fish and chips, I've had for a long time.and there pineapple fritters are so yummy.

Been going here for a couple of years and the food is always awesome and always cooked perfectly. Always great customer service and have never given us the wrong order. Also love the fact the whole family seems to be involved.

Was Little surprised how small my chip packet looked but the chips where very nice cooked perfectly can't fault at all just the right amount to go along side our lunch. Not so much if you just want a chip feed on there own.

Very fast service (as per usual). The smorgasbord tends to run quite low in recent visits so may have to check out across the road next time.

I'm a regular at Waterloo Fisheries, it's my favourite takeaway.
They have a great selection of smorgasbord foods if you're in a hurry and I love their Asian food. The nasi goreng is amazing and their Ho Fun is divine
They don't skimp on the vegetables like some other places.

When i lived in NZ many years ago i worked next door at the Salon Chic Beauty Clinic and I still think to this day the cheeseburger and chips there are the best! Great to see you're still going strong, iy will def pop in when I come to Wellington again!

Great fish and chips but not much variety in our chicken, cashew nut with vegetables. Fish wss really good

Everytime I go there, the chips get smaller and smaller.
They used to be decent sized, now it won't fill one bowl.

The cod is amazing but I've only had it successfully once. Everytime I ask for 2 battered cod fillets and pay $9 each for them, but you give me 2 vastly cheaper corn fritters! I would NEVER order corn fritters because I AM ALLERGIC TO CORN! I drive over from Wainui so don't want to drive all the way back to get my correct order. Next time, I will check before I leave the shop. You guys owe me about $30 now!

Our favorite Chinese restaurant. A little disappointed with the lemon chicken on our last order. But we will definitely try again. There orange beef is fantastic.
UPDATE: Have tried again and it was worse. The quality of the chicken was questionable. We probably give it a miss in the future. SO SAD WE LOVED IT HERE

As always great Nasi goreng & vege fried rice! Love that this is one of the best F&C shops in the hutt and they’re open Mondays. Great service and always top quality food. Thanks for a yummy easy Monday dinner:)

Excellent fish’n’chips. They have mastered batter! Crispy and well seasoned. The fish is always good, the chips are always good. The chicken spring roll is the best we’ve had. The pineapple fritter is like a sugary donut; even the chicken nuggets are great. You can’t go wrong with this shop.

Great for a quick grab n go. Can serve yourself if you take the smorgasbord.bonus. Also orders available from menu.

Epic food, great service, new to the area and so stoked to have struck gold on our first visit to the local FnC shop. Can't recommend the Bami Goreng highly enough, and most importantly THE CHIPS ARE REALLY GOOD. 11/10

Very good Chinese the best around tried others but no one can beat their Orange Beef to die for getting hungry just thinking about it

Great easy fast food prepared and cooked well, good service with a wide range of dishes. A great family business run by a nice family that live in, engage with and care for the community.

Bought an egg burger, $6.00. All it had in it was a party, bit of lettuce, sauce and an overcooked egg. Thanks but I'll go somewhere else in future. Miserable

Good fish and chips and potato fritters. It does get very busy and we've had issues getting through on the phone once or twice, but generally not too bad.
