Absolutely yummy. Soft taco, very tasty, juicy, every ingredient perfect size and perfectly cooked, even the packaging is brilliant; solid container with deep grooves to stop the juices running.

Definitely having this again.

Terrible! I had burrito at 8pm after work and woke up the next day 3: 30am with food poisoning. I will never order from here again

The worst experience ever, bad customer service by the lady. Food portion was really small and got overcharged too. Would have given negative rating if that was the least option cause of the poor customer serviceWould not recommend this place

Not impressed with the food - pretty stingy portions and very average quality for the price. Staff were nice enough, but the restaurant was a bit grubby. If you like Mexican food there are much better options.

I walked into the restaurant and the ingredients were coming out all over the sides and messy just no care in the cleanliness in the cabinet, I decided to have a burrito but regretted it, I just got so put off eating it and threw it away, don’t think I will go back again.

Beautiful mexican food. Had the quesadillas heated and it was lovely. Customer service was lovely. Definitely would go back and try something else.

Really bad food.
Guacamole didn't taste like Guacamole at all. Sour cream was not good. And the tortillas were from 2 days ago? Wow the experience was so bad. Even had stomach pain after.

Has vegan options (eg cheese, cream) but poor value and poorly put together. $16 for this (supposedly double beans, but 50%lettuce)

Every single time I've ordered from any Zambrero the portion is abysmal. Like how can you seriously advertise what's in the pictures on uber eats and your website + in store menus and offer up the measly portions.

Just ordered a power bowl and it turned up with a third of what should actually be in it.

Such a rip off.

Ordered chicken burrito at 5pm on a Monday, and awoke the next day at 2am with food poisoning presumably from old chicken. Had come here a few times with no trouble but, after this experience I will never eat from there again.

Meh, pretty average, so-so value for money, disinterested staff, on the plus-side, wasn't ill from the food tho', so there's a plus

Didn't get any guac in my burrito ordered online as vege - which says it comes with it. Bit disappointing.

It's very difficult for me to not like a Zambrero. It is my favourite fast food enterprise. Not biased because it's an Australian company. They were at the top of my list before I left Oz. Great value, good service and I find the staff efficient and helpful.

Review for Petone: The food is great! Staff mostly great, friendly and very helpful except for one. He makes no effort to acknowledge nor communicate with any customers, No smiles, no eye contact, nothing! Fourth time encountering poor quality service from this guy, so had to note. The rest of the staff are fantastic!

Food was Ok, though it is a bit pricey. General cleanliness could be improved, mainly empty tables when I visited but had not been cleaned, and service food assembly area looked like it had not been cleaned since previous night close up

Great food and good service but the meals/paid extras can be a little on the small side sometimes!

I would go here everyday if I could. Super fast, efficient, perfect for your lunch break and food is delicious!

Customer service was terrible. Took her 10 minutes to make my burrito because she was also making somebody's who ordered after me at the same time. Plus ran out of ingredients which wasnt ideal. I stood there waiting for 3 minutes untill she finally let me pay bc she was finishing the guy behind me's order. I used to love zambrero but this put me off.
