We had a flooding in both of our floors. Craig was called to help us tackle the situation. With is vast experience he immediately figured out what caused the flooding. Then he positioned dehydrators & exhaust fans which dried up the wet carpets and walls in just 3 days. He was very sincere in monitoring the status everyday and personally visited to check how things are progressing. I would highly recommed Craig for any carpet related issues.

My second floor was flooded and the water leaked into the garage, where I hold significant stock. Around 11pm I called 1st Alert Carpet. The owner, Craig McGregor, came quickly, assessed the damage and immediately got to working. He rightfully advised that the main concern is not the stock (a lot of rugs) but the moisture ingress in the structure.

Craig was quick to leave dryers and dehumidifier all round the flooded areas and affected stocks. He came back daily to assess the drying process. What I was impressed with was his dedication, insight knowledge of how moisture affects structure and other items and discipline in making daily visits. Thanks to Craig, the damage I suffered was minimal. He came through and I 100% recommend him. Trustworthy as well as an expert in his area.

Great knowledge on carpet stains and attention to detail. Handled easily a very small repair. Turns up on time and actually does a very good job probably because of good quality gear installed in his van.

I called 1st Alert Carpet Cleaning and Craig sorted my 27 year old dirty carpet innto a sparkling clean new carpet. I have also had enormous success with his pest control system. It is a big property and he has got the rats sorted for us.
