Arranged for Craig to come and clean our old lounge suite and mattress and managed to flood the laundry while he was here. So I can confirm that not only is he very good at making really dirty things clean again, he is also very handy to have around when your floor is unexpectedly ankle-deep in water.

Our old couches hadn't been cleaned in forever because we kept intending to throw them out but now they are sparkling so I'm stuck with them for another few years at least. Thanks, Craig for that. I think.

Great service, reasonable price, and some bonus advice on how to care for our new lounge suite so it doesn't become as hideously filthy as our old one did. Will happily call 1st Alert again next time - hopefully for cleaning, not flooding!

We use 1st Alert for all our emergency carpet cleaning at Edgewater College and find their service excellent. They are very professional and we would have no problem in recommending their services.

NOT satisfied with the result - said would remove stains but did not remove any stain. The carpet looked no difference after cleaning compared to how it had been before cleaning. Extremely EXPENSIVE - $190 for an hour carpet cleaning service. It's a complete rip-off. Do the search and shop around customers! There are services charging a lot lower but providing good/quality services and value for money spent.

Very professional and very accommodating. He was on site within an hour of me calling to attend to a flood for me and stayed well into the night to make sure everything was taken care of. I will be using 1st alert again and i highly recommend their service.
