Karl and his team are amazing. Got a major issue with a 4matic transmission and Karl went above and beyond to get it sorted the best way possible to my interest. Later on, I had a last-minute urgency and he did the impossible to get me and my family back on the road in no time.

Great place. Got my BMW picked up and towed as it wasn't able to drive and a super quick turn around for my car driving perfectly the next afternoon. Although I found the price to be a bit much, considering the turn around time I would say it's worth it.

Very fast turn around with finding the problem in my transmission. The mechanic I spoke with identified the problem with my vague description alone and it was all fixed and good to go in a very reasonable timeframe. Showed me the damaged clutch when I collected the car (full clutch replacement) and helped me to understand what was actually happening within my vehicle. A+ would highly recommend

I would highly recommend this mechanic. In the past, it has been very hard to find a reliable trustworthy mechanic, particularly as someone with very limited motor vehicle knowledge. I always felt taken advantage of or over-quoted on cost of repairs.

I have been very impressed with the prompt care and service that I received when I took my vehicle in. Karl also took the time to explain to me what was exactly wrong, and also how to do routine general checkups on my car myself etc.

I will definitely be going here again if I have any car issues.

My parents had their car repaired here for an insurance issue. They live out of town so the quick turn around was really appreciated. They were also provided some very helpful advice on some other concerns. A really positive experience, which went above and beyond.

Karl was extremely helpful in getting my transmission sorted, fantastic service and knowledgeable not to mention an great turn around time.

I sent out 7 query emails to different mechanics about the transmission issue of my car. Karl was the only one who replied me in the same day. He identified the fault immediately just based on my description and got the job done on the following working day with a reasonable cost. Couldn't be more happy about the service.

BTW, I still don't understand why some others mechanics were turning me down intentionally. Probably because I told them I have changed the fluid and the filter by somebody else, so they concluded my case was no longer profitable. Actually this is a piece of easy money, as long as you are seasoned enough. AAutomotive is definitely the best.

I have a 2012 Holden Captiva and needed a transfer case replacement done. I tried enquiring at a few places who dealt with transmissions around Auckland area but no one could give me an estimate time and price to work with. Sometimes you don't want to think about any other problems that mechanics may pick up on which Aautomotive did and informed me that 3 x wheel bearings needed replacing. At the end of the day "Happy Wife = Happy Life" If anyone is having problems with their Holden Captiva (possible other models) I recommend checking these guys out. They delivered helpful advice and great service.

Repairs were not cheap, and took a while, but were of very good quality. Mechanic knew what he was doing and gave honest and useful advice. I would recommend Aautomotive, especially for gearbox problems.
