Josh and the team done a great job installing 2 air con units for me. Very responsive and professional job well done.

Had an old heat pump replaced with a Daikin heat pump. It was challenging due to being in an apartment but the guys from absolute cool were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, worked very hard and tackled afew hurdles to make sure my AC was properly installed. The manager Zee was also great to deal with, very responsive, knowledgeable and offered a reasonable price. We had an issue after installation and Zee came to help fix it. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs their heat pumps installed!

From the moment Zee came to quote for the installation of our heat pumps, we knew he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Zee knew exactly our needs and gave very good recommendations. We originally contracted with a heat pump company who has a big name in Auckland, after 3 months waiting time, we have been told the product (Mitsubishi) was not available and unsure when would be available. We started looking for other options. Luckily we found Absolute Cool Ltd. From first inspection to fully installation, only took 2 weeks. There were a lot of design discussions before the installations. Installation team were friendly and informative, we are very happy with the end results. If you have an old Bungalow and wants the whole house heating/cooling, Absolute Cool Ltd is the best choice for quality and price.

The Absolute Cool team came over to my place to help relocate my AC unit from the floor to the wall. They also serviced my unit and gave the whole thing a good clean. Both the gents that came over were very professional, courteous and most importantly did a fantastic job. I'll be using them again.

With this incredibly hot Auckland Summer, our baby’s nursery has been too hot for him to sleep in. I called Joshua, desperate for his help. He came within a day, and within 3 days he had his amazing team install a mini Mitsubishi aircon unit: the job was a tricky and unusual install, but they nailed it. So very grateful!
Since then we have had 3 other units super-cleaned (I didn’t even know that we should have this done to our machines) and another unit installed in our lounge that we had been told couldn’t be done. All the guys who have come from Absolute Cool have been awesome: efficient, polite and tidy.
