I contacted Joshua from Absolute Cool. Joshua patiently listened to my requirements and recommended options to replace my ageing underpowered and noisy Panasonic ducting system and wall unit with a more powerful Daikin ducting system with temperature control and a wall unit for my home.
The installation was done in a professional manner, the staff from Absolute Cool are friendly and polite clean and tidy.
The installation took 2 1/2 days to complete due to removing the old system and rewire the new ducting system to the new location in the roof space and temperature control unit installation.

My new Daikin system so quiet and efficient I absolutely love it. The system cools the house so quickly and the airzone temperature control unit is great for the kids.
Can’t wait till the winter time to see the system in action.

Immediately Joshua took the ownership and after a brief face time session to check the installation site sent a technician the next day who completed the job in a few hours. The technician -Safi was very courteous and his workmanship deserves praise! Joshua loves to 'wow' his customers and exceeded all my expectations. A friend recommended Joshua as the first NZ heat pump company who really knew their stuff when I was having major issues with another company, and not making any headway in getting it sorted.

Be very careful using them had a GREE installed 4 years ago, Joshua team came back because the Heatpump wouldn't turn on, the nice knowledgeable guy said, the circuit board is fired and require a new board, but should be cover under the warranty. Joshua came back and said the supplier that supplied him with the GREE has gone bust and offer to sell a complete new unit.

18.02.2021 - Updated the cowboy owner Joshua made contact with me came up with different stories, on how much he spent on the spare parts but never seen the part it self, sent 3 of his worker couldn't managed to fix the problem. It was like table tennis back and forth, end of the day same old sales pitch, 1.can't be repaired, 2.either buy a new unit or a 2nd hand unit from us, 3.supplier went into liquidation.

Once again - BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE COWBOYS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, INSTALLED and don't want to know or come up with a story.

I suggest go to you go with another company that provides Warranty and has excellent post purchase service.

I have been in contact with Fair Go TV Show, they are assessing the story.

Friendly and knowledgeable, helped me find my original installer so I could claim my repairs under warranty even though it ment he lost a sale. Since Absolute Cool Ltd cleaned my heat pump, I am now sleeping better. It's not so much that my house is warmer, it's because my cat no longer wants to sleep under the blankets with me. When it was cold at night because my heat pump wasn't working, she wanted to sleep under the blankets but wouldn't stay - she kept going in and out, waking me up each time. Now, because it's warm, she stays asleep at the foot of my bed and my sleep is not interrupted. An unexpected but excellent outcome.
