Took forever to get an appointment, then had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time. Dentist wouldnt tell me any results from my exam and upsold treatment once I was in the exam chair. Would recommend a local dentist.

Had my teeth cleaned with Grace and she’s easily the most knowledgeable hygienist I’ve ever met. I used to have braces so I frequently got my teeth cleaned with another dental clinic. She also helped recommend me some brushing/flossing habits specific to my teeth’s situation and is very friendly and willing to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

All cries dental! My experiences: you should never be late or if you need to cancel the appointment, need to do so in advance or you will get charge $85. Haven't been able to use any dental services for my mom yet been there 4 times cost about $2000 very costly place and not even able to cure her pain! Now I need to take her to remove her teeth which cost another $500. She is stuck in NZ during Covid which is supposed to be a nice thing except for seeing this mental place!

Honestly such a good Dentist. As someone with severe
dental anxiety I was in a bit of a state when it became apparent I had some serious dental work that needed to be done (Root Canal). However, Dr. Krystal and her team were kind, gentle and understanding, most importantly they helped get me on the mend. On top of this they have a great customer service team that check in after appointments to make sure everything is comfortable. Overall If I could rate them higher I would, definitely worth the visit for anyone. 5/5.

Receptionist was so warm and lovely and Dr Shay was amazing. She gave me regular breaks to rest my jaw and mouth, told me what she was doing during each step which was a welcome change and even applied lip balm during the session to ease my lips which is something I have never had and really appreciated. Best dentist experience I have had.

Coming from Germany I had a great dentist for 25 years. My first few visits to dentists in New Zealand were all horrible and I thought this may just be the normal situation here. Then I found this one and what I can say, it's even better than my old German dentist.

Maybe on the pricier side, but honestly for that service I would pay even more if I had to. Some may find the way everyone treats you and takes care of you the best. Personally I'm most impressed by the actual dentist skills from what I can tell.

Lovely sweet caring staff. Normally going to the dentist is very nerves for me but I felt very comfortable with All Smile dental. Sylvia Lee is very gentle I'm very happy with the results of the treatments I have received from her. Thank you.

Krystal and the team at all smiles are amazing! Thank you for all of your care over the past 2-3 years. At 53 I had never had teeth that I wanted to show but now I do:) I got Fast Braces and Krystal did an awesome job, they look great and her continuing care keeps them that way. Kisane always gives me a warm friendly welcome and a chat. Krystal, Grace and Jess are so friendly and gentle that I am no longer scared before my visits. I highly recommend this team, especially if you experience fear about going to the dentist.

I came to Krystal for a Maryland bridge, encouraged by online reviews and also by the very personable approach from Jess who set up the appointment. Krystal did such a phenomenal job! Her approach is totally professional but also warm and caring and her expectations for the finished result are of a very high standard. Throughout each appointment Krystal explains what is happening and, with her team and the lab they work with, provides second to none service. I am so impressed and thoroughly recommend Krystal and her team at All Smiles Dental.

I came here because my teeth hurt and was sold $200 fillings and a $400 bite plane to solve the problem. Less than a year later, I found out from a different dentist that what I actually needed was to go to a dental surgeon to get my severely impacted wisdom teeth removed. The wisdom teeth removal ended up solving the issue and my bite plane doesn't see the light of day these days. A year after my wisdom teeth removal, I still receive emails from All Smiles advertising two for one lip injections. It is possible that these are the folks to go to for cosmetic things, but I will not return for anything medical.

Sylvia Lee is very gentle and I'm very happy with the results of the treatments I have received from her. Her explanations and the treatment plan are thorough and meet my expectations. I highly recommend her and All Smiles Dental

I am a very nervous patient and I can highly recommend the team at All Smiles Dental. From being greeted at Reception by Jess through to my consultation with Sylvia I was treated with sincere respect and kindness. I was also given precisely the right information I needed to feel confident that I was proceeding with the correct treatment.

Went once, and have kept coming back ever since. Great team, who really makes going to the dentist less of a painful experience.
