The most expensive service in all Auckland or maybe the whole world. They send me a quote for a small window replacement job for about 700 dollars. I found another company which did the same job for 120 dollars. Unbelievable. Be careful dont waste your money by using their services

Arranged a time to get a quote for some work. They didnt show up. I called the office to ask where they were. The person said they will get back to me. They never did. I called again and Nicky was very rude on the phone. Would never use them. Cant keep an appointment, i had to chase them to ask if they were coming and customer service was awlful.

Paul came over to do our quote and then came back for the 2nd visit to install our back door window, He did a good job today despite the weather reasonable price too, Thank you Paul definitely recommend this company in the near future

I am absolutely very happy with my large mirror repair. The mirror glass is top quality (better than the oringinal) and the back of it is so much more professionally done than the original. Max picked it up and delivered it to and from my home. A real bonus because I'm a female and it was very heavy. I was kept informed throughout the deal. The price was so good too. Thanks everyone, you're the best.

Highly recommended all. Excellent communications with Reg and Nicky; and superb workmanship and dedication from Brad who came out and replaced 2 cracked windows. Thanks all, I'll be looking at using you again in the very near future, I'll also spread the good word to family and friends. If you're looking for efficient, fast and friendly - these are the guys to use. Oh, and who knew paying by eftops on the spot would be so much easier than waiting for a invoice to arrive via email.:)

Be warned alan glover owner of allied glass is not an honest man. Be very careful when dealing with this guy. My experience with him is he is a vindictive liar who has low morals and not the sort of person i would ever deal with. The staff i have not dealt with and cannot comment on their workmanship. But alan glover has lied, cheated, and produced false claims in the past be very careful.

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP! Had a chip activated cat door installed and all looked well until we realised the installer had put it in backwards. The installer returned and broke the window when he reinstalled it the correct way. Allied glass will not return any of my phone calls and txts and will not fix it. Abysmal! Customer service, I cant recommend these guys who wont stand by there workmanship.

Thrilled with the service I got from Allied Glass this week - both the office staff and the workshop people. They promptly and precisely cut some irregular shaped pieces of picture glass for me - at an excellent price. Highly recommended to everyone!

Had these guys fit a cat door for me. There was a little to and fro with the arrival time, but I was very happy with the workmanship and price ($115 Inc. GST, all up). Would recommend.

Allied replaced some windows in my house after my dog decided to push his head through the ranch slider cat door and keep pushing until he broke the window! He got inside and cut his leg on the way in unfortunately. I got safety glass installed to ensure if he decided to do it again he wouldn't cut himself. Allied were very professional and fast, left no mess and the glass looks great. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.
