Allied Glass

Just called Allied Glass/Auckland cat doors (they go by different names).
I would NEVER CALL BACK AGAIN and will warn friends to stay away.

The older woman answering the phone was rude, abrupt and patronising. I asked for a quote for a pet door installation and just wanted a cost break-down, how much the door itself costs, she said "I don't understand what you would do with just the door, why are you asking? " in a very patronising "why are you asking me such a stupid question" tone. As if I can't just ask what a door is worth. She especially went out of her way to make me feel bad.

Very rude and unprofessional, should not be working in customer services. If you hate your job so much it's not ok to take it out on customers, it's not their fault. If you think you're too good, do everyone a favour and just go get a new job, please. Good luck though.

To Allied Glass, you should reconsider who you have answering your phones as it is the face of the business and having someone with such shocking customer service will only drive away business and any potential new customers.

As a side note, they were quoting me $60 more than SuperGlassLtd, so go there if you don't wish to be subject to rude people and want to save some cash.

Great team, very helpful and will go the extra mile even on small jobs. If there's a mistake they put it right. I have used them for glass and mirrors.

These guys understand the meaning of the word service. They have a great range of glass and are very friendly. Very good local business

After my son shattered the glass in our family room window last night, Allied Glass came to the rescue and re glazed the window the very next day - amazing service, would highly recommend!

We used Allied Glass to install a number of mirrors recently. We found them to be very Professional and did an excellent job. They also had the best price by far when we got quotes. Would happily recommend them.
