He made time in his busy week to visit me and prepare for the removal of an old hot water cylinder and the installation of a new one in my roof space as soon as possible. He came in the pouring rain before and after a special dinner, and even while his van was getting serviced, which just shows how dedicated he is. Exceptional guy! Highly recommend. Our existing gas hot water system failed. On a referral from a mate & given Paul's contact details, I rang Paul from Allpoints Hot Water Plumbing & told him about our situation. Paul was prompt, he rotated some jobs so he could fit us in at the earliest time available. His professionalism while installing the unit was impeccable to say the least. The unit that he replaced was a different model & size to one installed & you will notice now that the new one looks like it was the original. I would not hesitate to use Paul again & would recommend Paul to other people that require the same or similar hot water installations.

Paul installed a bottled gas hot water and cooking gas system at our home. His work was so excellent and neat that even our contractor and other tradies were appreciative of the finess of his job. He used excellent material (superb quality copper piping and a great instant water heating system Rheem A26) and we are very happy with every aspect of the work that he carried out. I got my water cylinder fixed by AllPoint Plumbers about 5 years ago and recently had Tom fix a leak that was in our bathroom about 3 months ago and he was efficient and professional, he also cleaned after the job was done also had Paul fix our problem with our toilet a few weeks ago, which he replaced the cistern and corrected the plumbing, again he was efficient and very professional in his attitude, keeping me informed in what was to be done/what he had done. I have tried other plumbers in the past but AllPoints Plumbing is now my go to plumbers as I have found their customer service and quality of work is of a high standard and their charges reasonable.
