We asked Allpoints to remove our leaky water cylinder and replace it with a gas-fired on-demand hot water system.

Paul provided some great advice on how we should do things, he talked me around on some bad ideas I had, and also identified an existing constraint in our system pertaining to a faulty water regulator.

He proposed a plan that has now provided us with a really impressive upgrade to our previous situation. The water pressure is fantastic and hot water is literally on tap (forgive the dad joke!)

The location, ease of access and solid concrete and tile platform for the gas bottles had the gas delivery person all smiles as well.

Great plan, great work, timely implementation, no mess, and Paul even tidied up the existing plumbing lines under the house that had never been properly secured since the house was built 30 years ago.

Contacted Allpoints and they were able to see my fathers issue the next day which was amazing- low call out fee as he is on a pension - they located the cause of the waterleak and fixed it plus also did some other repairs while there which were also required attention- I received the bill and it was very reasonable which included the extra items that were replaced so was very impressed with the service plus the technician contacted me to tell me what he found & had replaced which was also very professional plus advised me there was a possible issue that could occur in the future which was very informative so we could be prepared if it happened - very impressed with the service, communication & price

What I liked about Paul and his team was there promptness and professionalism. From the beginning he explained the process (keep the language simple so I could understand) gave options of Hot Water cylinder types on his website and then delivered with the quote.
At the end, totally happy with the service and product provided!
