Aluminium City Penrose

Have just had the Ranchslider put Into the area that we needed to put in. Spot on measurements, fantastic looking as it is the same colour as the joinery. It took us longer to remove the windows and wall that was there, than to fit the Ranchslider in.

They are fantastic A+ team. Our conservatory was built beautifully by Aluminum City with excellent work with quick response within time frame. We strongly recommend their service.

Sonny & Junior did a great job. The flashings were tidy, and well planned. The woodwork was great too. Big thanks to Kevin & Greg as well.

After the Window factory installed new joinery, we have had several leaky problems because the joinery has many gaps.
Greg made an effort to fix this by trying to see the gaps with silicone, but the leaking still continues and is getting serious now.
Could you please come back and look after this ASAP?

Aluminium city built us a conservatory for our new home. Communication, service and the conservatory were all fantastic. Love our conservatory. We emailed other companies also for quotes initially, a lot didnt get back to us and others were about the same price. We would recommend Aluminium City to all existing or new build home owners. Fantastic Company to deal with.

I ordered a bedroom window, double glazed with thermo-break, with one panel of hush glass - two frames. At the first installation one glass unit was foggy between panels and had clearly not been cleaned properly prior to sealing, inside the other other panel was a significant scratch on the glass. While both panels were re-made without issue, they should have been thoroughly checked in the first place. At the second installation, the installers put the panels in upside down as the safety glass logo is at the top rather than where it should be at the bottom. It remains this way as I couldn't be bothered asking for it to re-done right way up. No big issue I guess. Additionally, I had assumed double glazing with thermo-break, particularly, would prevent condensation or significantly reduce it. For the most part its ok but there are occasions of significant internal condensation which is disappointing. The final point is that the bottom part of the frame does not slope sufficiently for water to drain off through drainage holes. Water pools along that track - noticed when windows are opened. This is rather irritating. Aside from these issues, the look of the windows is good and sound is significantly reduced.

The remaining windows and doors were completed by Rylock. 100% satisfaction there.

From start to go, the the service has been faultless, friendly and efficient. The new windows were exactly as ordered and the fitters came on time and did the job quickly and skilfully. I would recommend Aluminium City wholeheartedly.

We have just finished a renovation including replacement of existing windows plus some new ones. After living in our single glazed house for 7 years we finally replaced all the aluminium joinery with new thermally broken and low e argon filled double glazed windows and doors. The difference is amazing and well beyond my expectations.

We have 2 heat pumps that really struggled to perform with the amount of glass in the house. Now the heat pumps are left on full time as the house is at a constant temp controlled by the pump.

The glass and aluminium is no longer wet. That’s the first thing I noticed the following morning, a dry house!

Windows/ranch sliders well made staff great apart from delivery driver who was extremely rude and very hard to understand

Sliding stacker door is fantastic, just as requested. The lads who installed it did a great job, thanks to Charles and Matt from Aluminium City.

I have been working for the company manufacturing and delivering aluminium windows and doors for the last 30 years. I am proud to be working with Mike Marshall and the team and plan to stay with them until retirement.

Being an accountant, it was important to get a good price but also feel that the job was going to be managed well. We have an old villa and changing to aluminium windows was a tough choice. Nicks help with ideas and sending us to look at other houses that were similar in what we wanted to achieve was great. The result is fantastic. The team turned up and were so helpful, they even did a few extra jobs for us. They cleaned up and were very aware of the fact that we had a little dog that was not allowed off the section. Overall, we are very happy and will be getting them back to continue with our upgrade project.
