Aluminium City Penrose

Double glazed the whole house and put in facings and sills to add character back to our weatherboard house. Really happy with the results and the work put in despite some niggly parts to work around!

As a Quantity Surveyor, I'm always researching quotes and product specifications. This time for my own build, I considered several brands of aluminium joinery and in the end awarded our project window joinery to Nick Marshall at Aluminium City Window Factory in Penrose. They weren't the cheapest but had the classiest profiles and hardware to best suit our build. Nick was excellent to deal with and was quick to sort any questions or concerns along the way. Got three quotes and theirs was by far the cheapest! Very easy to work with! The rubber seal came out of the French door and they fixed it straight away. The guy they sent around was great! Am in the process of getting more windows replaced with them!

Wow! The most extremely rude service i think i have ever had! I rang to ask for a quote (obviously trying to find the best price on joinery to fit within our budget) she would not even provide me with a quote "not interested" were her exact words.as she felt i had obtained enough! Im sorry but i think it is my right as a consumer to obtain as many quotes as i like before making a decision and the fact she felt this meant she didnt want my business was enough to prove the ethics of this company which is a kind of Company and customer service i wouldnt want to have to deal with.if this is the way they treat a customer off the street so unhelpful.im actually in shock!

We had 40 year old single glazed wooden joinery to replace on the top floor of a multilevel apartment block. Several companies wouldn't even take the job, but Aluminium City came through and did a fantastic job. The installation crew was very professional and competent. They were thrown a couple nasty curves, but quickly problem solved and did what needed to be done to make the job perfect!
