Our infinity was leaking I’m the weekend and therefore there was no hot water. Greg responded to my call immediately and his man was at our place within an hour. Very good and prompt service

We needed to replace our gas heater and wanted to get the new heater flued. Greg offered solutions that would work within the space of our home and was very patient with me when I changed my mind on the size of the heater once it was installed. He changed it over without complaint.

I found Ariel Plumbing to be fantastic. We had a gas hot water cylinder disaster which lead to a new instant hot water system getting installed. Greg and his team discussed the options with us and installed the unit exactly as discussed and on the day. Greg didn’t just leave us there but called twice to insure we were happy with the product and that it was working well. I Highly recommend Ariel plumbing and gas.

We contacted Greg as our Gas stove had stopped self igniting. Greg was responsive to our request for help and came out and fixed the problem as promised. A professional service.

Greg has installed a Rinnai gas water heater for our Tiny House while we were still building it (DIY project). He did an excellent job and was quick about it too. Greg gave us some good advise for our water system and even came to check the installation once we put the house on site. His services are VERY affordable, and we can't recommend him enough!

Not very professional. Their charges are exorbitant for the amount of work they do. Called them to do a service for my gas infinity which they did not do completely and made excuses later on demanding money and asked for extra money for same service. I would NEVER work with them or recommend them to anyone.

Most arrogant and unprofessional tradesman we have ever dealt with. We would never recommend to anyone and avoid at all cost, because it will end up costing you time and money!

I agree with Nathan except I would go further and score Greg a minus one if only I could. On 22 Jan 2018 I booked Greg in to do some plumbing work and arranged for him to be at my house at 9am on 8 February 2018. That's more than two weeks notice and all arrangements were confirmed in writing. So like Nathan I found myself at home twiddling my thumbs waiting for him to show. At 10am I tried ringing to see where he was and his phone switched to voicemail. I then sent him a text to ask what time he would be here and he didn't reply. So I sat around some more until 3: 30pm then text Greg again. At 3: 45pm he finally replied to say he had been held up and wouldn't be coming today. That's totally unacceptable behaviour, in my opinion, to make arrangements to be here, ignore my phone calls and texts then tell me at the end of the day he won't be coming. DO NOT make any arrangements with this guy. He has proven to me he is totally unreliable and you may risk joining Nathan and I in being severely disappointed. Since writing this I've received another text from Greg and I will quote him exactly "If it was so important that I come and fix your leaking toilet today then you could have rang me last night and just confirmed my arrival but you didn't". So its all my fault that Greg didn't show up and its my fault Greg didn't have the courtesy to ring and let me know he couldn't keep the arrangements he confirmed in writing. This is what you will be dealing with - its your choice

Greg came to disconnent our old gas stove and connect our new one. He was extremely prompt and professional and his price was very competitive. I would use Greg again.
