23 I would actually give a 0 star rating if possible. Arranged to have about half a days gas work done at our house and took a day off work to be home for access etc
Greg didn't turn up on time, phone went straight to voicemail and when I text to ask whether he was on his way the response was "no we are behind I will call you later". If you can't make a job at least have the courtesy to ring so the customer can make other arrangements. Since he couldn't be bothered to do that, or doesn't believe I deserve that decency (not sure which one it is), he doesn't deserve my money and I have made arrangements with another company.
Great service! Phil and Greg provided me with a brand new water cylinder with absolutely no hassles! I'd highly recommend this service to anyone in need!
