Awesome service. The problem in my car was well explained and fixed. What AA had quoted me to fix my car, Auto clinic was much much cheaper and a job well done. I would continue to visit Auto clinic for further services. Thanks Nikhil

Used them for years but first time with my Audi S4 and they transformed it with just a service and new bushings which even Continental did not spot. Recommended for Audi's.

Guys here are super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are fair and they won't repair without asking you first. Highly recommend these guys!

Very dodgey place got told 1 price then when finished doing tyre job got told another price then were reluctant about giveing me my invoice so never got one.

Saw them about a month ago, forgot to write my review eariler. I was really happy with the friendly team, and good job they did with reparing my left rear car window. I know it was hard to find a audi car window in such short notice. They found a window within a hour, and the last place I had dealt with couldn't find one and said I had to wait two days.
Great team, and happy with my car window and good service:)

First i have to thank the guys from Auto Clinic for their fantastic job they did! I have an Audi Quattro Alroad and am very fond of my car. I have been looking for a Garage for a while now i can entrust with my car. I got the service done with Auto Clinic and i really was blown away with their customer service! They said it would be ready by 2pm and i was very surprised that it actually was ready at the promised time. Also i got a complete check list of everything they checked and did as well as they cleaned the car inside out. As i said i was blown away with their service and the price was more than reasonable. They have gained a new permanent customer in me. Thank you Auto Clinic! I can recommend them for all your Vehicle needs.

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job. The staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to source secondhand parts to try and avoid an import delay. When they couldn't they gave me a great deal on A courtesy car and made sure I was mobile while my car was being fixed.

Had my car towed in it was badly overheating coolant leaking ignition stuffed and they got the job done in 2 days also offered a courtesy car. I will definitely go back because they’re service is so amazing the staff are great! Highly recommend

Recently had our stereo unit replaced in out Mazda Atenza. Called in with the car to get a rough quote, booked in once we had sorted the finance.
Great communication. Installation took longer than planned, but I was kept well informed and was flexible with time.
Mishra took me through using the unit, when I did collect. Super happy with the unit - feel confident to go back to them if I have any queries.
Friendly, helpful service. Would happily go back to them again.

Saturday afternoon and a friend and I had just test-driven a car at a nearby car dealer. After calling 15+ local mechanics, most wanted me to make a booking one-week in advance for a pre-purchase inspection. We wanted to make an offer on the car that day, so kept calling around. When I called Auto Clinic, they were closing in 90 minutes, but were keen to help and said they could do the inspection if we got the car there within the next 30mins.

When we arrived, a friendly mechanic was waiting at the driveway and no sooner than i got out, he got in and went straight to work! A short while later the mechanic gave us the good news that the car was mostly okay, but clearly explained a few areas it needed some work. He was kind enough to raise the car on the hoist again and directly show me the problem areas. He explained which of the problems were crucial, and which ones could wait for a while. He gave quotes on all work the car needed, and made some suggestions about the value of the car to help us negotiate with the car dealer.

Even though we were first time customers and had spent no previous money here, these guys went out of their way to fit us in at very short notice, they did a thorough job, gave solid advice, and wrote up a nice printed report about the car’s condition for us. To top it off, they charged us less than most other nearby mechanics (who didn’t event have time anyway) had quoted. Highly recommended! I will be back. Thank you.

Be careful.and there is 100s of better shops in Auckland. Below zero star rate.

My car is currently with Auto Clinic and they have been fantastic! My Check engine light went on this morning on my way to work - I called Autoclinic and they picked it up from my work half an hour later and have fit it in straight away - at this stage I will be getting back day of which is really great! Highly recommend

Jeremy and the team were outstanding. My Audi S4 had complicated issues involving a discontinued water-cooled alternator, not only were able resolve the issues promptly, Jeremy also provided me with all the options for replacement vs repair, was willing to store the car while we waited for a part to arrive internationally, kept me in the loop with great communication. I was also provided with a courtesy car free of charge. A+ for Jeremy and the team, I'm super impressed.

I have been using Auckland Auto Clinic for about 5 years and have always found them to be friendly and professional.communication has always been excellent and they do their best to keep to keep the cost of the repair as resonable as possible. All repairs for myself have been done by or before the time they have given to me at the time of dropping off the car.

Jeremy was very helpful and showed a lot of care when it came to changing my suspension. When it turned out that the parts would cost a lot more than originally anticipated, he gave as much of a discount as he could, which I really appreciate.

Personally I would never use these guys again, my imported van failed inspection on a few areas at a local VTNZ center in Mount Wellington which was no problem and was recommended auto clinic for the work. On initial conversation I was quoted around $1000 for brakes and tyres which was fine, I advised that if it would be anymore then to let me know.

A week went by when I received a call to say the work had been completed and asked to drop by to pay the bill, I was given an invoice for twice the initial mentioned amount! My total frustration was the lack of communication, at no point was I contact to say that parts were more expensive etc but just told that it was just short of $2000 dollars!?

I am not unreasonable and paid the bill but what if I hadn't got the $2000 dollars? Then what? I'm certainly not questioning the standard of work but the total unacceptable level of communication.
