65Worst customer service, not trust worthy and doggy business style. I called them and told them my problem with my car, they told me to come and they would look at it for free. As soon as I got there, I told them my problem again he told me it gonna cost me $75 without even checking my car. I dont have a problem with paying it if they told me before hand, but they purposely waited till I got there, I called a different place and told them my problem and straight away got told my how much it was gonna cost and it is cheaper. So I'm taking my car there.
Great customer service over the phone and in person. Was able to book my car in for a service for the next day and it was serviced within 3 hours of dropping it off. The guys did a great job at a reasonable price, I am one very happy customer.
Great place to take your volkwagon! Just got mines back and the cost was cheaper then I thought it would be. Was great cause I was always kept updated. Definitely coming back when ever I need to do something for my car. Thanks heaps auto clinic team.

A complete rip-off and disgusting customer service. They use AUTOMAX cards just to get customers and then fail WOF for far-fetched reasons
