Workshop mechanic disappeared with my car, rummaged thru centre consol and glove box while gone, for x2 tires being replaced, he removed all valve caps which were branded, kept, locknut and over inflated one tire and opp wheel under inflated on purpose. Slammed doors and when approached by his manager was abusive toward them. Be very careful here!

I received their newsletters and I booked my appointment through facebook message service. It was quick and instant.

I really like their skills and expert on the subject. Even though I went to complete my WOF, they have pointed out other issues which possibly could risk my life if I not upgraded.

I was calling few other friends to cross check pricing and my concerns. After carefully consider I decided to fix some of my car other issues which they found.

Price was affordable and convenient and they have different payment options. After one month I went there again to fix rest of the issues.

Now i'm full confident to drive my vehicle with my family.

I got the appointment through their contact number and they were ready to accept me when I go there. They discussed with me my concerns and started to check. Then they gave me quote and pointed which they need to care of. With my consent they started work on my car and they phoned me when they done.

It was very professional and delivered on time. Highly recommend to everyone who need to repair their vehicles

You should be very wary of using this garages services. I asked for a quote from these guys and they quoted me four times the labour hours that a single mechanic in a small garage required to do the job. Also marked the price of two axel seals up from $40 to $160.

Never paid for these guys services before but you can be assured that with a quote like that I will happily keep it that way. Just seems like a dodgy shop trying to take advantage of people that know no better.

My car was having a cranking issue and consulted them 2 mo ago. The Mechanic suggested me to replace battery though I raised whether its my starter motor issue. They told that on checking by scanning its shows as voltage variation though the battery was less than 2 yrs old and working good. So, I decided to change the battery. I suggested to check my brake pads (driven less than 23k) and change the car tyres (worn out) as well! I took the car back after changing the tyres (all 4) and battery. They also provided an alternative car until the job was finished

Less than a week after run, car stopped in my driveway! The road assistance diagnosed that its the starter motor issue and i need it to be replaced. I contacted Autoconnection and pulled out the car by truck to the shop. They told me to replace the starter motor and fixed it. I took the car then after repair.

Not less than a month (driven less than 1k), my brake pads worn out and it damaged the rotor as well. Now I have to change both rear rotors along with brake shoes

I have replaced my battery for no reason and if they have told me to replace the brake pads (if properly checked while changing the tyres), I could have saved my money!

So Folks, take your own risk!

I had a great experience with Auto Connection. They were able to accommodate me really quickly when I started having engine issues. I am really happy with the work and my car is running perfectly now! The communication was excellent and very fast. It was also really helpful to have someone drive me to and from the train station while the repairs took place- thank you so much!

Dishonest charged me 32 dollars more than quote rough no experience avoid this place at all costs it is a scam

Bought a voucher online for full service, i recently bought a car low on mileage and in excellent condition, just for peace of mind i thought i should get full service done. Owner (Sri Lankan Nationality) came up to me, saying car brake pads and rotors are gone, needs a replacement. I remember my car was running smoothly but as you know, always being a first time, you want your car to be perfect, safety comes first and why would a mechanic lie? It was my theory at that time. Even being under budget i said yes to the repair, which end up about $450 plus.
Trust me, my car brakes and rotors always makes some sort of squealing sounds sometime heavy and sometime light after they replaced it. I remember my car was absolutely alright since their involvement. I have never been able to fix that problem until now. Kindly do not fell for the trap. Go some where else, report this to NZTA.

Awesome service. Took my car for WOF and it was done super fast in 15 mins. And the team was really polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately these guys put the wrong date on my WOF sticker, so cost me $50 for a new WOF I didn’t need. Also my WOF was not loaded into the system for months, so I couldn’t register my car, which took weeks for them to sort out. The work quoted on my car to get its last WOF was very expensive and I was able to get it done much cheaper at Pit Stop.

Did a very good job, replacing all oils and filters and worn disc pads, smoothing disc and spark plugs (at 85K). Uses top ends oils and parts but let me know about the costs before proceeding. I was provided with a loan car. Car drives quietly and beautifully after service.

Doesn't even deserve a one star. Tony came into our work offering vouchers and I did not have my card on me to pay at the time and advised I would do a direct debit. He sent me the bank details and turned up the next day asking if I had deposited the money and after saying no he then said 'well will you do it today? '. Pretty pushy if you ask me. After reading other reviews on here, declined to take up the offer. I emailed him advising him of this and he turned up again after the voucher and after I said oh I have thrown it away after my email he proceeded to say: I hope you treat your customers better than you treat other people'. Professional level = 0
