26 Nico Zhang is one of the most unprofessional real estate agents, if not the worst. Treating buyers with absurd manners as soon as you sign the agreement and cannot handle pressure at all.
We have raised our concerns to the branch manager and also raised a formal complaint but received nothing but ignorance.
She told us (buyer) that the seller received a higher offer after they signed the agreement and extremely unhappy about it and pressured us all throughout the due diligence period, made our first home
experience miserable.
Do not trust their fake approach! As soon as you sign the agreement you will mean nothing to them and be pressured to do things to "keep the seller happy"!
The legendary Jerry tried telling us that drinking water is not a legality for a residential (which it is) and even if it wasnt, the contract said they have to supply drinking water. Good times.
Jerry Chen is both a terrible property manager and awful human being. He doesn't believe clean drinking water is a tenant right even thought it's in his own contract, and didn't bother telling us we were set for the tribunal even after signing documents to give him almost the whole bond. I was meant to be with my sick grandmother today but instead I'm going to court so a sociopathic property manager can get a few grand out of broke students.
If I could leave less that one star I would. Jerry - what a substandard sales guy - jeepers! These guys have no idea on how to market or rent property - they are arrogant and lazy. Avoid.
Rented a house through a property manager from this branch who was very on landlord side, and she took 3-4 month to do something about massive black mold which was there since we moved in. In the end she blamed us for damaged floor around the moldy area and asked us to pay to repair and threatened us to take us to court. When refused, we got kicked out from the house saying first the house is on sale, and then 5 days later we’ve been told that the owner requires property for his own use. After moving out, we checked the house several times from street and we saw 0 person no light in the house.
