Very good, would be difficult to find much better than Gillian and her support team. Gillian is a natural communicator and has that “X” factor when it comes to selling, something that can’t be imitated, learned or faked. She is able to communicate on everyone’s level and comes across as very genuine. A good negotiator who pro actively goes after a prospective buyer. Delivers what she says she will and doesn’t give any false expectations to get a listing. What you see with Gillian is what you get. Good old fashioned customer service.
