Looking at the past reviews it makes more sense. I was a tenant and the property manager was Amy. Experience I had was absolutely horrible. The process that we were put through brought my wife and I to tears. Even the owner of the home tried to help us out but Barfoot just shut it down. We went overboard to look after the property and make it our home even to build happy memories but unfortunately all the happy memories is replaced with a miserable experience. I feel bad about saying this but the fact is that I would not recommend anyone to Barfoot and Thompson Dannemora.

We worked with Gillian to sell our Investment property and our home in Auckland and she was fabulous! Honest, trust worthy, a straight shooter, told us exactly what we needed to know. We love her professionalism, her warmth and positive energy! And we couldn't have sold the property's with out her! Her experience is second to none and we will be using her again!

Recently I needed to put my property up for Rent and I reached out to Barfoot Thompson and spoke to Claire. So thankful that I went with her as Claire made this process stress free and she went above and beyond to ensure I get the best rental value and kept me informed at all times. Truly appreciate Claire’s professionalism and clear communication.

Terrible communication. Not even deserving of ONE Star! Amy the property manager is the worst person. She never locked the property after viewing as we went back and found doors and windows unlocked. She'll never message you or call you back and even while making an enquiry of her at the office, I overheard another office lady answer a call also from someone complaining that they can't reach Amy.
Useless branch and management

Thoroughly impressed with Pearls professionalism and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Lots of promises and when they have the listing very little effort. Will never use them again. Worst experience with a real estate agent we have ever had.

Horrible application process, terrible communication and we didn't hear back from any of the places we applied for only to find they'd been rented out.we actively avoided them.
