We’re writing to express our profound appreciation for a wonderful member of your team, Lili Ma. Without her diligence, effort and professional advice we would never have found and successfully purchased a property which we are very satisfied with - its quality with a price well within our budget!

We came to know Lili in late November 2021. Around that time, we had been searching for a property for months, we bid at three auctions with no luck. Our mortgage was also approaching its expiry which made us even more frustrated. We felt hopeless. We received phone call from Lili offering to become our buyer's agent and we were really impressed. She's the only salesperson that has done that throughout our journey searching for the right home. Lili later told us that she found us from a list of viewers attended Andy’s open home review. She also had to drive all the way from her Takapuna home to West Auckland. Although having only joined the real estate industry for a few months, she was always very professional and provided us with specialist advice which really helped us when evaluating each property. She’s also not afraid of facing numerous listing salespeople from various companies, many of them with years more experience than her. Excellent communication skills and cool-headed analysis made us much more confident when viewing each property. Exceeded Expectations!
Andre exceeded expectations. Not only is he a great agent, but also a very genuine person. He took the time to guide us through the process as first time home "sellers", and answered all our questions. He was a calming presence when we got nerves. Andre worked relentlessly hard on the listing, putting in long hours with great work ethic. He also treated the Alert Level 3 viewings with compliance and safety in mind. Having communicated with Aimee Julian last year regarding a property she tenanted, I was rather disappointed in her ability to keep a landlords property safe. As the neighbour of the tenanted house, I can confirm she leased the property to gang affiliated members, with frequent drug use on the property. She seemingly ignored concerns from neighbors and I can't help but think she was working more for the tenant that the landlord. Luckily, the property was placed on the market which resolved the issue, but I would certainly not be trusting this agency with your rental, which is a shame because I've purchased via Barfoot before, but won't be selling via them again. How their tenants profiles managed to get passed Barfoots criminal record and reference checks is astounding considering how blatant the drug use, parties and motorbike skids were.

Communication and experience delivers results
Ian and Lisa Molloy came and walked through our Mum's property and after that visit prepared us a market appraisal, comparing to similar (cross leased) properties in the area. They arranged the staging of the house. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, from open homes to a weekly phone call and written report about how the marketing was progressing. We sold at auction and received above the upper end appraisal price. Ian and Lisa and their daughter are a great team and I would thoroughly recommend them for selling a house.

I meet Rachel at a property the day before it went to auction. She was incredibly flexible with making herself available to show me around within a hour of calling her, and then meet me again that evening with my support crew.

Rachel sent through all documentation on the spot which I was able to forward to the relevant parties for approval. We had a number of questions that Rachel either answered straight away, and those she was unsure of she reached out the vendor and got an answer almost instantaneously.

At the auction Rachel greeted me, and when the bidding was getting intense she came and stood with me. Her ability to get to know me and then her support at the auction, all within 24 hours of meeting and viewing the property, was outstanding and far exceeded any expectations I had.
