After viewing over 15 rental properties, I met Donna. The first Property Manager who straight off the bat communicated respectfully and genuinely, asked me questions, had a laugh and listened to my story. I learnt quickly that she had a heart of gold and she loves to help people which makes her outstanding at her job. I have recently applied to rent an apartment in Evelyn Place in Hillcrest. A viewing was arranged, and I meet Donna Coe, the Property Manager, on site. The viewing went perfectly.
Donna answered all my questions and arranged for a curbside Rubbish Bin and the replacement of smoke detectors. Also a Utilities Agency was arranged.
Yes, I am now the tenant and we have had another onsite meet to be sure. Today I picked up the contract and shall be moving in shortly. Donna has been superb during the whole exercise.
When I picked up the contract at the Greenhithe Office the receptionist, Robyn, went through the documents with me and made sure I was happy.
Donna really made me feel at ease and Robyn continued in the same manner. I have been very impressed!

Our experience was unfortunately not great, and would not recommend them.
Have not heard a peep since auction a month ago. We are still sitting with our old house keys - settlement was a week ago. All started off good, until we signed the dotted line.
