The rental division of Barfoot & Thompson Greenhithe has been incredible and hugely responsive. I registered to view a rental property this morning and I received a lovely, friendly welcome from Donna Coe, Property Manager, when I visited. She was helpful, informative and very encouraging - giving me tips on how to lodge my application successfully. Donna did not begrudge my daughter and I spending a considerable amount of time, having a good look at the property and asking several questions. It was a truly enjoyable visit. Donna was kind, fair and a very easy person to get along with.

When it came to leaving the property she went over and above in helping us find a cheap and decent cleaning company and junk removal company to ensure everything went smoothly for our final inspection. Donna also did all she could, to do right by us the tenants and the Owner of the property, handling everything in her stride.
