Quite the 'Dream Team' We recently listed our family home of 60 years with Lucy and her husband, Vlad. This was very traumatic for my mother, and Lucy and Vlad were so caring and thoughtful as she struggled to come to terms with the whole experience. Lucy was our main point of contact, and we could not have asked for a more professional, friendly and caring agent. Her communication was second to none and her honesty, guidance and straight forward advice was also hugely appreciated. Sale was passed in at auction, but achieved a success in sale which was the intended outcome.

Worst experience with this branch. The estate agent snatched $1000 from us when we left that dirty & cold house. Still, they complained. They snatched that money as rent for the time that house was going to be vacant. Staff was very rude & insensitive. I won't recommend this branch to anyone.

Edit: Agent replied with no logical explanation, just personal taunts. My complaint was & still is genuine. I still have the emails from an estate agent of this branch. Never had a negative experience with another B&T branch, just this one.

Lucy's efficiency and communication were very good.
I found Lucy to have excellent communication skills. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. Her background research and presentation on my mother's property was very good, providing all the necessary documentation, history, groundwork services, and also what the prospective purchaser would be able to do going forward. Her and the photographer were very good, even to the drone footage showing the proximity to schools, shops, etc.

We have had bought and sold several properties in the past. Tony Xu is the best agent we have ever worked with. He and Shirley have wealth of knowledge of the market and broad client base. They are great communicators, listened to our needs and gave us practical/useful feedbacks, supported us to choose the most effective marketing strategies and worked with our tenants.
