We met Lucy some years ago for an appraisal of our property but didn't proceed at that time. She kept in touch and when it came time to sell she was the first and only person we contacted as we were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She talked us through the process and what the best option was for us. We had regular updates through the sale process and she made everything run very smoothly. When we decided to sell our beloved family home in Auckland for more then 20 years, choosing a right real-estate agent was very important for us, because we would not want any unpleasant experience in this task. Munish and Shveta have become our go-to team each time we have bought or sold property over the last few years. So far everything they predicted happened exactly as they said. Their grasp of the market is uncanny and they are simply the best in this game. But they are also a very humble and kind couple. Not pushy at all and will listen to you. Exactly the package you need when you are dealing with the stress of selling/buying your dream home. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

Myself and three others applied for a property through Abbey Pickering, property manager, at this branch. She never once responded to a text message or email. The only time I (or any of the other applicants) could get ahold of her was by calling off a phone number she had never been contacted on before because she would screen our calls. After three weeks we asked for another update (and finally got ahold of her) she informed us the owners were still making their decision and we were still in the running. That very day the price of the property dropped, obviously the owners were looking for a different type of applicant, which is fine but I would have liked that to be communicated to us. It is hard enough to find housing in Auckland, a little communication goes a long way. I don't usually leave bad reviews but her total lack of communication and professionalism was astounding. We found out through email 6 weeks later that our application was not successful, even though we wouldn't take it at this point if she was the property manager anyways.

Lorna & Mark have to be the best real estate agents we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped us buy our dream home! Even though the area we were buying in was not Lorna or Marks typical area they work in, Lorna & Mark were constantly giving us advice and always going that extra mile by coming out to our area and taking us to several private open homes. They were always available to answer any questions and I was constantly texting & asking questions all the time haha. Mark and his building knowledge was extremely valuable, saving us on quite a few occasions from purchasing probably not quite the right home for us. Lorna also helped us with the auction buying process being there on the day to which we are forever grateful for. Lorna & Marks insight was extremely valuable to us and we couldn’t have got the home of our dreams without them & their support throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them as agents to anyone we know looking to buy or sell.

Munish had helped us into our first home 14 years ago. During this time we know that Munish has grown immensely to become a top real estate agent who is very popular in our area. We remembered our pleasant experience with Munish and hence contacted him when we looked to upgrade to a larger house at the beginning of this year (2021). Despite his busy schedule, Munish made time to meet us to discuss our requirements and then put us in contact with his wife and team member Shveta. Shveta was a dream to deal with. We asked to visit numerous properties while changing our requirements to adjust to the market. Shveta was encouraging and supportive. Not once did she get impatient when we took our time to decide on a property. I have emailed multiple times, regarding the defects the house has which HOWICK branch sold me. I only asked for assistance as i only know who sold me the house.
Such poor handle never will go back to buy from that branch. I am still with defects for the newly built home for 3 month I have emailed and still not fixed.

Hard too understand most of the people at barfoot and Thompson Howick can't speak proper English.

You guys need to sort out your team and database and stop annoying people. I have had four calls in two days already from your branch asking to view my property which is not even listed for sale and not even the correct address. Everytime I have asked the agent to take my number off the database and yet I am still getting calls. Pathetic service and I would certainly avoid listing or buying with this company in future. Stop calling me!
