Lastly the Auction process - We were nervous! Having sold with Owen and Sue before but not during an auction we did not know what to expect but they talked us through the scenarios, and what to expect and were still working hard on the day to ensure success.

Terrible experience, bad tenants were put into my rental in early 2021 without proper reference checking being carried out by Barfoot's, these tennants had a long history of damage. "I was told by a member of their staff this rental manager had done this to a number of landlords causing untold misery "

A horrible year followed for me as a result of this along with incompetence from the Barfoot's rental team to manage the suitation, even advising me to stop driving past my property after I had received a complaint from the neighbors.

At the end of teancy they were willing to talk about compensation then suddenly changed their mind and denied all wrong doing and hid behind their lawyer implying I had made the suitation up.

If I could give a negative rating I would.

I had a rental in Papatoetoe with B&T Manurewa. I am still waiting for my balance settlement amount ($220), which they have NOT cleared yet. I have sent few emails but no action form B&T Manurewa. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We rented a house for first time with B&T for one year in a half and it was absolutely good. The service was always polite, fast and perfectly done. They helped us with everything as new tenants and being new arrivals they made us to feel confortable (every call, mail or sms was replied).

I would like and I want to recommend Denise Paretovich due to her amazing job with us. From the beginning to the end she was the key to make us trust in them and she was helping us even when we had to leave the house. Honestly, we miss you here in the South. Don't have any doubt and contact with her, you'll understand by yourself why.
